The beds were comfortable. The room was pretty clean and spacious. Most of the staff was friendly. Location was nice being close to the highway.
There was food under the bed and in the freezer that wasn't ours. The room also smelled vaguely like smoke. One staff member was not very friendly and he came across as rude at times.

The staff is very courteous & helpful. They respond to your requests immediately & go above & beyond to make your stay enjoyable & pleasant. The dedicated Shuttle Service is excellent. Location is within walking distance of Rochester International Airport & very close to Mayo Clinic, our final destination. Very well-managed hotel.
Unfortunately, the guests. One gentleman, a father accompanied by his wife & kids, SNATCHED MY SON'S FOOD DELIVERY BAG from his hands then gave it back, saying he was just kidding. He patted my son on his chest, where my son's implanted difibrIllator/pacemaker is, and it's a tender area. He didn't have TO TOUCH MY SON AT ALL, MUCH LESS GRAB AT HIS FOOD . . . Overall, guests were unfriendly. Also, REMEMBER TO BRING CASH WITH YOU. The nearest ATM is two miles away, so we couldn't get cash for change to use the washer/dryer from the front desk. They can't charge it to your card. Finally, go for breakfast EARLY. I got there at 8:45am and got the last of the scrambled eggs. No meats left, had to ask for milk for my cereal and orange juice was out . . .

Large, spacious room. Pretty good sound proofing. Great climate control. Plenty of parking. Mexican restaurant next door was fantastic.

Convenient, economical, pet friendly and close to my appointment. East to find and close to a good restaurant. I recommend this hotel. Great, friendly staff too. Close to airport for those using the airport.
There was not anything I didn't like. It was close to where I needed to be and it was pet friendly. Friendly staff that were very accommodating and easy to work with. Economical to stay at this location,

I appreciated the clean rooms and facility. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy to get too. Convenient to the greater Rochester, Minnesota and surrounding area. Economical too. I appreciated that it was pet friendly.
Everything was fine during my stay. There is nothing I would suggest to improve. I recommend this chain of hotel and this particular location.

The place is great value for money. The staff were nice and the online check-in option is very convenient, you will just take the key on arrival and you are ready to go.The pool was clean and the breakfast was good. The place was quiet and provided complimentary hot drinks all day.
- Although the room was clean, we found some lady bugs, It's not a deal breaker because my kid is a fan of ladybugs and we still left gratuity, but it's not the best indicator.- The options of breakfast are limited and the dining area is small. I still rated it high because I liked all options available and we had a late breakfast so, it wasn't that busy, but others may have issues.- The pool is clean but pretty shallow, they had warning about diving, but unattended kid may not read and jump anyway so, I am just writing this as a warning.

Quiet and very close to airport. Shuttle runs Monday through Friday, but NOT on weekends.
