Location, had a pool and hot tub. Breakfast was good. Sausage was over salted, to the point of gagging, had to throw it away and I love sausage.
Hot tub didn't work. toilet drained every 5 min, I requested to have it fixed. it was not, it continued for 3 days, same as the sink stop being plugged. They skipped all services the first day and only changed towels the last 2 days, after I asked.
Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has all the amenities I wanted. The hotel was quiet. The breakfast was very good.
The carpets in the hallways and elevators are badly in need of a cleaning.
That we survived our hotel stay & didn¿t get robbed or health issues so far. Trying to write positive things about this hotel but unfortunately I can¿t think of any.
EVERYTHING!! price, staff, cleanliness, updates of rooms or elevators, working internet, the fact we wanted to stay at hotel water park that¿s behind this Hotel however it¿s abandoned & took over by squatters & thugs. Our room window was direct view of it.
bed was comfortable and sheets were amazing
bathroom was super humid - fan did not work
There was a hockey tournament I'm town when we stayed and the kids ran up and down the halls shooting marshmallowa until 11:30pm. I know this isn't the hotels fault but it was just annoying.
Clean and nicely appointed; appreciated having a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast-to-go bag offering was nice touch during the COVID-19 crisis.
Quiet.great bed sheets and pillows.
Clean and quiet. Good breakfast
Clean.nice staff.nice rooms
very clean, good location.
Price was high
Friendly; No problems
Clean and realizing rooms lifted the weight of the road right off our shoulders.
Not that I didn’t like it but the pool was small.
Comfortable and clean
Location and safety of vehicle and boat
Clean and quiet.
Thought price high.
One of the criteria for us is a hot tub. Well hot tub was broken. Disappointed.
