yes, the people in the room nest to our were up all-night fighting and yelling a swearing and the staff did nothing

The staff wasn't to friendly I. Was there for two and I didn't want housekeeping but wawanted clean towels but because it was after 2couldnt get any towels then my key card didn't work when I got to my room that was not kool

The staff and location were good. The cleaning person was caring, careful, and friendly. The refrigerator was roomy and cold.

The security lock was broken, and the edges of the door were damaged as if some one tried to break in. The toilet seat was loose, the bead spread was clean but it had several cigarette holes in it, even though it is a smoke free hotel.

Nothing this time !! I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone.

The front desk worker was rude. The room had a broken door for the bathroom also the TV was broken. They would not give us towels in our room because she said there was only two in the room. I guess you¿re not suppose to take showers.

Really nothing. Hotel staff was rude, never tried to fix any issue, just told us to deal w/ it. Breakfast area was a mess, over flowing drains, half the machines worked and all they had was bread, a toaster and jam they probably got from a fast food joint

Tried calling for hours on day of checkin- no answer ever. Booked a room that said it had a sofa, only a recliner in room. Only water was coming out of the coffee machine, was told they only had decaf. Place is rundown, staff doesn¿t care. HORRIBLE HOTEL!

Quietness, location

Room was not ready at 5:00 pm arrival.

The customer service was attentive.

You couldn't lock the room from inside, the door guard was used but if you knew how to release that from the outside then it wouldn't be safe.

bedspread was dirty. blanket was dirty. took over an hour to get the tv to turn on. it just felt dirty and gross. front desk staff was very rude. definitely worse than i expected.

The manager is a kind and helpful man. We have stayed here multiple times. A younger woman at the main desk is not kind or eager to help even in the smallest of matters. The taller gentleman is very friendly and helpful always. We like this hotel.

The young woman at the front desk is a very poor representative of the hotel manager. I didn't like asking for towels and emptying my own trash each day. I had to get my key activated even when we had two more days to stay. We will return again.

The bed was not firm like most hotels I stay at.

When I arrived to check in she informed me I had already checked in. Turns out they gave my room to someone whose last name is similar to mine. Took the employee an hour to rectify something that should have taken 5 minutes.

The hotel is newer so the esthetic is nice, nicer than expected but the suits are also smaller then expected but for the price, it was definitely worth it.

The front desk staff was not the friendliest or attentive people.

yes-have stayed here several times; each time TV didn't work. have had to have someone change wiring and/or program it; first time I had to make a $100 cash deposit to spend a night in a motel. Itwas fortunate I had that much cash with me.

The maintenance worker there was friendly and respectful, and very prompt and eager to fix the broken shower in my room. That literally is the only nice thing I can say about the hotel or the staff.

The shower was broken, and the lady at the front said it was ¿my problem¿ because I found it past an hour of checking in. The top blanket on the bed had numerous stains, multiple surfaces were gross and not wiped down. The shower was very dirty.

Good location, great price. Definitely enjoyed the kitchen since I try to buy food instead of eat out when working on the road

It is located within 2 miles of driving of many restaurants and shopping places. Staff are nice.

Weak connection of Internet: no stable supply of internet. had several conference calls and internet connection was lost for more than 10 times. Poor sound separation and noise: can hear neighbour's TV and music clearly. Shower room very dirty.

I liked the modern interior design of the room, king size bed, flat screen TV, USB plug in on the lights, big mirror and bright lights and the sta up shower in my friend's room. Unfortunately the room I got did not have that shower. Instead a tub/shower.

I was looking forward to the stand up shower I saw in the room my friend booked but unfortunately my room just had a basic tub shower. Also the USB port on one side of the bed didn't work.

Picked the hotel because of location and all the good ratings.

Rooms are cold and walls are thin. You could tell it was cleaned but very carelessly. Cleaning liquids were not wiped up and dried in place. Not very attractive.
