1st room smelled like wet dog & dog hair all over room (in tub microwave bed). 2nd room No turn plate in microwave, dingy, not a place I'd recommend!!!

Meeting family there

Hotel was very dirty( grouns,room,pool area!)

The location

It was filthy. Garbage cans outside & by the ice machine never emptied. floors in the lobby never scrubbed and rugs never changed out. It was a snowy, wet sloppy mess the entire weekend inside the lobby.

The location was good. Right off Highway 52 and a few restaurants very close by.

This Americinn is in rough shape. Rooms need updating, random garbage in the hallways, marijuana smell. I think the staff tries their best, but it’s maybe a little overwhelming for them. One night the police were called with over 30 people in one room.

The King with whirlpool tub is fabulous for the price and hotel rating. Comfy bed, large flat panel TV, kitchenette space with a tall mini fridge (internal freezer compartment),microwave & cabinets. A very spacious room

One drawback to being in whirlpool tub section of hotel is when neighbor uses it every night starting 1-2am; it’s NOISY enough to wake you up. Breakfast was served in a very small nook space & toaster was broken

It's close to everything and has a sauna .

Cleanness of spa tubs and the rooms .poor after bleaching with my own cleaners it's still was dirty .

Variety of breakfast options. Breakfast offered scrambled eggs and boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, cottage cheese besides the typical carbohydrates.

Toilet was plugged. Employee gave me a plunger to unplug and didn’t take care of it themselves.s

Towels were soft. Good cable.

Lots of gross spots on the carpet. Large one just outside the door. The shampoo bottle on the wall was totally empty. It had been taken off the wall but was just stuck back on the holder and not fastened. The toilet paper holder was broken.

Front desk staff was kind.

Pool was closed. Walked in the room, sat on the bed and it was as so hard you could do CPR on it. After 5 minutes in the room we left and did come back. We stayed somewhere else for our non-refundable 2 night stay.

The front desk clerk was asleep and didn't have a pleasant attitude. His demeanor and the way he spoke to me was as if I was disturbing his sleep time at the desk. When I asked him questions he seemed very annoyed. Did not see housekeeping the next day.

Throw up next to the nightstand. I reserved the room for 2 nights and got locked out the first night. Was told to use the back door would be closer. Went to the door late night and had to walk back to the front. Got my door checked 4 times.

The pool

The ladies at the front desk were very rude towards me but I noticed their demeanor changed with others.

Eveyone was really nice and helpful. The room was nice, alsoni breakfat was seved later than normally on other hotels.

The food was not very good in the morning. And there was on bright light right outside out windo that kept the kids awake a bit.

Staff was extremely rude when asked for simple things. Asked for a box of Kleenex was given an annoyed look, he looked in 1 cabinet said he didn¿t stock that and would have to wait until the morning. Key cards never worked for our room

Clean. Kind staff. Good breakfast.

The bed was not comfortable.

Room was okay clean, bed was comfortable. Worked well for a one night stay. Pool was nice. Talked with couple who has stayed before. They stated it is slowly going down hill.

Breakfast was missing multiple items. Staff stated that they are not ordering Supplies to keep up with demand. Sausage tasted freezer burnt. No orange juice. Milk was warm. Coffee was not that good.

The hot tub and pool was nice and the breakfast and some stuff around there wasn't bad. There still stuff in the hotel that was right they also had additional charges after the 50$ deposit for each night u get back when u checkout of random charges :(

The bad parts were there bunch or brooken stuff u find in hotel light light covers and the cleaning was bad when one us took a shower we notice the vent was fully covered in dust and they had random towels all over the floor and stainsDefinitelyNeedsFixed

Large room

Staff walked into my room at 1:30a.m. after waking me up they demanded I walk down to the front desk because they made an error when booking my room. Staff promised manager would call but they never did.

We left early from the room, was the worst hotel I have stayed at, the spa was brown water, the pool was yellow water, thesaurus didn't work, and the room had a funny smell to it
