Comfort Inn Albert Lea at Trails Travel Center

Quiet and clean with good breakfast and HVAC permitting constant fan while heating to avoid excessive noise from cycling on and off.

The beds were very comfortable. Did not spend much time in the hotel, but the pool room was nice and sunny. We were there when it was not very crowded so we had the pool to ourselves.

This has nothing to do with the hotel, but all the restaurants in the area close relatively early so make sure you have a plan. We ended up going to the McDonalds next door after racing to a place that ended up being closed - the google info was wrong.

Very nice, clean room with comfortable bed.

Not very good presentable way of making beds - lots of wrinkles, fitted sheet not even on bed, hairs found on sheets, dirty decorative top sheet, not triple sheeted.

Location was idea for us and a very nice stay. Breakfast was great! Elevator in hotel too.

Tub looked dirty but after looking closely, it was just badly stained.

Proximity to an exceptional travel center

Parking was impossible so we used the travel center parking next-door.

Bed sheets were rumpled & we were concerned about whether they were clean

Bed wasn¿t as comfortable as some others we stayed in, but wasn¿t terrible.

Room was in pretty poor conditions. The toilet was loose, there was hair in the shower, some debris on the floor, and rusted sprinklers.

It was very clean,the staff were very friendly and helpful,it was easy to find and to get to. It was quite as well.The breakfast was very good and the staff made sure it was full with everything you needed.

None of the doors locked. The door for our room and the side door to get into the hotel did not require a key to unlock at all.

I liked that they did not charge an incidental fee

Yes, the front desk associate at the front desk was incredible unprofessional and rude to the guests in front of me, and to my husband and i during check in.

Location was ok

Used underwear in room upon arrival. Room had clearly not been cleaned. Given the current situation this was unacceptable and will avoid staying here again.

Heather seemed a bit aggressive but it might have been because it was 1° outside.

The bed was hard as a rock, the cover on the bedding was stiff like a heavy canvas and we were unaware that there was an additional $25 pet charge.

Rooms were clean and it was easy to get to.

The front desk at check in gave bad info concerning breakfast. The attendant at breakfast was short with customers including myself about when breakfast closed. Was not worth the effort to argue about.

Convenient location, friendly staff, and decent breakfast.

The only thing this hotel can improve is: please provide hot water all day long.
