The clean sheets and bed

People were coming and going at all hours of the night. The door to outside did not have a working lock so anyone could come and go. Did NOT feel safe staying here. The sink was clogged. Dogs were barking most of the night. It was not worth money .

The breakfast was non existent. It did not meet the standard of the chain. There was blood on the bedspread. Had to walk down to the front desk to get toilet paper since there was non on the mounted rool. This hotel should be delisted.

Everything.….dirty, run down, got overcharged. Took days to resolve even though I had a confirmation saying my rate.

Room was not clean, Bed was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was non-existent. out of lots of food and drink.

The first room we were given wreaked of marijuana. The 2nd room wreaked of urine and we needed to keep the bathroom door shut. The desk attendant was annoyed when we asked for different rooms so we ended up staying in the 2nd room.

The staff we interacted with were very nice, but one I thought was on the verge of quiting.

We were highly suspect if the sheets were clean. The bathroom was very dated and I had to fix the toilet.

Great location, value, and the amenities.

The shower was difficult to regulate from ice cold to scalding hot.

The room did not have the amenities listed, the whole building smelled like a ash tray. Room had trash on the floor. Staff double charged me for the room.

Cheap

No pool, they have leaks in the hallway

My luggage was STOLEN out of my locked hotel room. Do not stay here.

We were very pleased with this motel. Clean, well kept. Very good value for star level.

Waited in the lobby for 15 minutes for the desk clerk to show up, No King suite I selected and gave it to a drop in customer, barking dog, no working TV

The bugs in the room and the bathtub drain wasn't working, backed up. Told the desk clerk at checkout and he said he already knew about it

Front desk person had worked 72 hours without relief. One of our 4 rooms was occupied upon our arrival. New room was an upgrade to a suite, but their were no sheets or blanket on the bed

Outdated, dingy, tub/shower faucet broken. Either freezing cold water or scalding. Sketchy people roaming halls slamming doors all night. Other than that, awesome.

Convenient

Everything we needed was closed, pool, restaurant, etc. Nothing was offered in place of those things

No pool. no hot tub. The breakfast was in a bag. Expecting a hot breakfast like the pictures on there web site shown.they didn't provide a hot breakfast. The staff didn't seem to care.

Very old, musty, bathroom faucets in sink and tub were not in working order. Breakfast was in a bag only. Internet was very spotty. Gal at check in was very nice and professional.

Hotel was just OK!

Hard to get to because of construction, hotel needs updating. Leaky bathroom faucet when turned on. Rooms were difficult to find. Breakfast was not very much, as you had place order night before and pick items in paper bag in the AM.
