Room had not been cleaned at all from previous guest when checked in. White powdery substance on desk. Staff was friendly, but was told they were going to refund one night, and have not.

It was easy to find off of the express way and a mile away from my meeting.

Breakfast food was terrible!!!! and the mirror in our room was filthy and the doors were dirty. The bed seemed like it was old mattress.

A flashing light in the ceiling. I was told it couldn't be changed until the next day. Moreover I was unable to get the room warm at night it's Detroit summer but still cold at night. At 7:00 am the heat come on. Too late I'm leaving.

The sheets seemed used. That made us wonder about everything else. The cost seemed high for the quality of the room.

Hotel did not clean the room even once. Every time we called the front desk to send someone to clean the room the answer was that we don¿t have housekeepers. Ac and heat unit was not working. Overall pretty bad experience. Will not recommend this hotel.

One of the closest hotels to Henry Ford Hospital WestBloomfield, wife and I loved this place! We stayed here in preparation for an early-morning procedure at the aforementioned hospital and all was good. Good parking, good Internet, good vibes.

Clean, great breakfast, waffles, breakfast sandwiches. There were kids in the pool being loud. At 10 pm, the clerk shut it down. Great staff.

Convenient to my friends¿ house. Kitchen. Friendly staff. Cool room (combo of LR, BR, K, Bath)

Pool was broken/unavailable during my stay. Lobby coffee not good.

Location and morning staff

Room carpet was discolored, bathroom walls were dingy and need cleaning.

Staff was accommodating. Hotel suited our needs at that time.

Skeleton staff on weekends. Fire alarm in room sounded then continued to chirp. Front desk suggested I pull the battery myself as they were alone. Alarm is hard wired , no battery so I just left it hanging and informed the desk.

The staff was amazing.

There was hair allllll over the sheets and blanket. There were people staying above us making soooooo much noise and banging the floor. It was hard to sleep.
