Hotel room clock wrong time, couldn't correct, phone did not work, first cleaning they did only half the job, ran out of shampoo and conditioner on day 3

Every team member was happy, friendly, professional, and always ready to meet our every need promptly and thoroughly. They also showed a respectful and helpful attitude toward one another, which results in a pleasant atmosphere.

This stay far surpased my expectations. All the staff members were absolutely lovely. From the front desk staff to the housekeepers, house lovely. The rooms were comfy, breakfast was good, pool and fitness room were well maintained.

The only issue was very minor. The first night one of the curtains/rods fell off the wall when we were trying to draw the curtains at night. I reported it to the front desk, and it was never followed up on. To their credit, I didn't follow up either.

Clean, great bed for someone with back problems, great location for my purposes.

It's very nitpicky, but I would love to have a hot tub in the pool room for my sore back. :)

Every single staff member was cheerful, friendly, sincere, helpful, and very quick to respond to requests.

Although the quality service of the team members makes up for it, I was expecting a bit more luxurious accommodations at this price point. Lower noise level, plusher carpeting, more functional furniture. Great mattress and pillows, though.

Absolute!!! This hotel has drastically declined since it opened. It smell like wet dog. I checked in lariat night and was given my keys. When I got to the room it had a horrible dog odor with dog hair all over the place.

The front desk staff was awesome. They were so helpful, going above and beyond for us.

We spent two nights in this hotel. The first two rooms didn't have working door locks, so we were moved to a third room. Then we had to get the keys reset twice when they weren't working. Very frustrating.

Greeted with great customer service made the stay nice.

The bathroom shower wall wasn't clean but I brought my own cleaning supplies.

The curtains didn’t close all the way, I guess due to the heater, and the lights shined on all night.

It was clean!Everyone was friendly. Just a smile makes a difference. I ran into some cleaning staff, and just the friendly hello and smile made me feel good. The bed was awesome!

Bathroom commode was not cleaned properly. Had the stains of stagnant water.Microwave was not cleaned. Saturday Sept 5 had sleepless night lot of noise on 4th floor from a group of people. Complained by me and other room guests several times in-vain.

a bad experience with having no hot water in the shower, and even after complaining to the manager it was not fixed. Staff took a part to the coffee pot so I could not make coffee in the room. the hotel had a problem so I had to go next door for breakfast

The room was nicely furnished and comfortable. THe furnishings all looked new. Also, I loved the big jug of cucumber infused water in the lobby.

Comfy beds, quiet, excellent breakfast.
