The option to visit LifeTime fitness since their pool is closed.

The man at registration on June 26 at 8am was not helpful and didn’t follow through on my request - the ticket to use the facilities at LifeTime. Instead he spoke negatively about his employer. During my stay in May, he was sleeping! Terrible service!!

Staff was friendly

There was construction that I was not made aware of. I came for the amenities such as the pool and happy hour and neither were available. Had I known I would've booked somewhere else.

Location and staff at front desk

It is far from the number of stars it is supposed to have, it is outdated, linens are old and in bad shape, carpets are old worn and dirty

Very quiet and the room was conducive to sleeping. Well appointed and plenty of supplies.

Bit difficult to get to as it was set way back from the highway, so sign not very visible, gps took me there OK but without it, might well have missed it.

Breakfast and Dinner was very unsatisfactory. Breakfast was not well cooked and not good choices of food served. I was completely astonished with the choice of food offered for dinner. The dinner meal was one of the worst choices of complimentary meals.

It was quiet and the free meals were much appreciated we used the heated pool too

Construction in the area made it hard to reach the entrance but that can?t be helped

Very clean and a great location. Front desk agent was super friendly and bailed me out by letting me use her phone charger!

I didnt come from the breakfast but it was not great. Don't count on it!

Quiet room

The tv in the room was limited and dated, but functional.

Hotel employee was so nice and responsive at guest services.

The breakfast could have been a but warmer. By the tine I git food to table the eggs were cold.

In a really good location of walking distance to nearby necessities, rental cars etc.

Really musty smell in the halls, poor ventilation in the bathrooms and rooms made it hard to dry off after showering

For my purposes, hotel was conveniently located.

The hotel is undergoing renovation work, which is sometimes quite noisy. There is also no possibility to buy food. And there were doubts about the honesty of the staff.

Rooms were nice and renovated.

I understand they were under construction but I do not think they were ready for guest to be staying at the hotel yet. They were still under heavy renovation and started working at 8am where guest were present. Loud banging of hammers and saws are not a very nice wake up call at 8am. Their was not one working ice machine in the entire hotel.

Unsatisfied

Booking.com it’s says free breakfast but they have nothing, because everything was on remodeling Big lies from Booking.comNoise from remodeling and big smelly (very nasty)
