Easy parking, great location, great bar and food, helpful staff

The staff was excellent! Hotel was extremely clean as well...

One HUGE issue was the pool area DOES NOT have adult hours. Kids took over the pool from morning until 11 p.m. The one thing my wife wanted to do was swim, that couldn't happen. There should be adult hours for adults.

Nice hotel with a great pool and hot tub area.

Wish they had better coffee in the room, or free coffee in the lobby. They charged $4 per cup. No free breakfast offered, had to pay at their restaurant.

Location and ambience.

There was no hot water in the shower at 6 am Sunday, although 2 hours later my wife had hot water supply for her shower. There were no bath towels in the room and I had to ask for it.

Hotel employee was excellent. Gave great customer service

Young Asian woman(don't remember her name) lied about her phone call with me and telling me breakfast was over at 9am. I went downstairs to double check and the manager lied also.

Room was not very soundproof. There was music playing from another room that was keeping me awake through the night. Loud music at 3am. Otherwise this room and hotel was great. Super clean, amazing shower, nice room setup. Hope the sound was an anomaly

The staff was incredible.

The lobby is what I expected but the room itself was underwhelming. It's a great size and the beds are amazingly comfortable. But, the overall finish quality, bath fixtures, etc. I would rate a notch lower on the star rating.

It was a good hotel for event

The food in the Sunday brunch was terrible. Wouldn't feed to my dog. The service was extremely poor. The walking dead would of done better job

The bed was amazing! So comfy. The room was quiet. We sat at the bar and ate dinner. Food was four star and delicious! Thank you!

First room we got smelled like mildew. Second room was better but there was still an odor of air conditioning that needed cleaning. Otherwise it was a most pleasurable time.

I liked the location. I liked the lobby.

I thought my room was small. I told the lady that checked us in we needed two wake up calls in the morning for a dance competition . We didn't get any wake up call and my daughter was unable to compete, witch was the sole reason we stayed at the hotel.
