the late night receptionist was a delight. Very friendly, kind and helpful. Really enjoyed the lady checking us in too. Hotel was very clean and nice location.

No free continental breakfast no water bottles in the fridge.

Beautiful hotel - lobby, front desk, decor etc. This was for business. Truly wish I could have stayed longer and enjoyed the mall.

Little things - coffee service was very small and hidden in the room. Wish there weren't the teeny bottles of product and instead had the large type mounted in the shower - such a waste of plastic. No coffee service in the lobby.

Great location if you want to shop at Somerset Mall (which is a great mall)

Nothing major but we did have issues with our TV in the room. Otherwise a nice facility.

bed was comfortable and room was nice.

one small garbage can. and I didn't see a microwave in the room. there's only one entry and exit other than the fire doors. Maybe for the deluxe room a couch not just a single chair. need more sitting room. not just the bed and two chairs.

All good! However I'd prefer fresh free coffee served in lobby in mornings. Don't like in-room brewing.

Delux room was much smaller then previous visit

it was at a good location.

There was dried blood or chocolate on the sheet but it was so late by the time I saw it I threw down a towel and slept on it. Were the sheets changed from the time before? Not sure but it was uncomfortable.

Im not Happy i taught i reserve king sizeroom but they said at the counter 2 beds but I insist so i didn’t argue , they gave me 1 full bed up in 14 th floor , its fine then ??

Great Location, clean room, great price!

It was clean and quiet.

It was pretty dated and the bar/restaurant wasn’t open on Sunday when I got in.

My room was clean and comfortable. I could actually hear some hallway noise which I couldn't in a slightly cheaper hotel I stayed in the previous evening but didn't have available rooms the second night. I would stay here again, especially if I wanted to hit the shopping spots in the area.

No free breakfast, I don't normally eat a lot at hotels for breakfast but even muffins or yogurt that I could just grab and go without waiting to be served or to pay would have been welcome. I was in town to deal with a family members health issues at the hospital and was dealing with limited time.

The staff were wonderful, the location was convenient, and it’s an excellent alternative if Detroit hotel prices are running high on a busy weekend. My room was spotless, comfortable, and remarkably peaceful. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

The space coming up for the Woodward dream cruise and parking the truck and trailer space.

Weren't able to take a hot shower, there was no hot water in the shower luke warm at best. Hot water in sink only and no microwave in the room to warm up leftovers.
