I like the room and the cleanliness.

The breakfast could use improvement.

The room was spacious and I liked that you could close off certain doors and have some privacy The electric blinds were nice especially because we were on the 1st floor

The breakfast was a disappointment The Bagels were hard The egg sandwiches were bland The egg omelets were like getting something out of the freezer and putting it in the microwave However the waffles were a huge hit I saw several people making them

Like the room size

the pillows were very hard. our neighbors net to us and above us were EXTREMELY loud.

Location to surrounding travel spots like restaurants and shopping and distance to downtown.

The room was not very clean when we arrived. Bathroom had toothpaste smeared on walls, bedding was questionable for the pull out couch as to if it had been cleaned or not. The TV did not work we reported to front desk staff but nothing was done about it.

The room was not ready, missing utensils, missing shampoo and shower gel, and dirty

Very poor management there was only one person for the entire day and night and the bathrooms were filthy and no supplies in the bathroom. Also, the shower was very mold. Bad smell.

basically bad service, and the management did not help us with anything and we had to leave one day earlier and we paid for it because very poor management

Initially the Hotel could not provide the room with two twin bed . The room provided did not had Bathroom latch and exhaust was not working. The hotel did not met my expectations.

The staff was extremely kind and professional. The room was beautiful,updated,sooo clean and comfortable.

The only issue with the room was a loud humming noise that could be heard mostly in the bathroom. We closed the pocket door to the bathroom and that seemed to cut down on the noise.

The hotel is in a seemingly great and modern part of town. Patrons receive a lot of amenities for the price paid.

The first room was not clean, so we had to go back down and be assigned another. The second room didn't have the bathtub. We were never able to sign in to the wireless internet. There was a homeless guy in the lobby which was weird.

The breakfast was not great. We also had issues with the electric outlets and switches in the room.

Paid for a 1 bedroom suite and they gave me a studio. They did nothing to make it right and would not refund me for the upgrade that I spent extra money on. There were several guests in the lobby at all times that had issues with their stay as well.

Everything was very nice and the staff was very Professional. Everything was what I expected very good.

The space and room was amazing. Loved that we had a kitchen in the room.

Staff were great, I like many aspects of the stay.
