Room smelled awful. Other guests openly smoking weed. Sinister vibe.

The bathroom actually has heat in the restroom. In a microwave and frigerator for only $--- a night. That's good price.

The airport shuttle was late and non responsive even when booked the last night

Location

The hot tub walls were cracked that may have shown some mold. The handle and wall tiles above the faucet were pulled out of the wall causing a potential injury.

Nice to have a restaurant there, but it was expensive because they know that they have you if you're coming from the airport with no vehicle.

Front desk lady was rude! A coke got stuck and the we were told she didn't know what to tell us. When trying to wash clothes the detergent money slot was stuck and again she told us that she didn't know what to tell us!

The staff was friendly

There is no way this is a 3.5 star property! The common areas were dirty with stains on carpeting and water damage on walls. My room had broken tiles with grime in the cracks near the floor, dead bugs in the jet tub and wet carpeting from AC condensation.

Check in was effortless, the mattress and ahower

The bed was comfortable.

The air wasn't working in hallways or the breakfast area.

The comfy beds, great customer service, almost squeaky clean.

Some tears in wall paper cracks in ceiling outdated carpet. just needs a remodel but it was fairly clean i didnt feel unsafe. And some spots could have been cleaner but it was def cleaned

Outdated, carpet was dirty in room, shower curtain wouldn't close, I've been to 3 star hotels this was not one.

The staff was nice and helpfully

The hotel rating should not be 7, this hotel is old and need updating, a good cleaning would be nice. The breakfast was trouble and not a comfort inn standard.

lied about parking rates. Rooms run down, not clean. Staff at front desk unexceptable.

Old and outdated .. the tv had lines going through .… the shower was silconed and the floors were cracked . Breakfast was horrid

The Breakfast was amazing. The hotel was nice. Nice clean rooms.

The shower was way too small. Barely any hot water. The toilet didn't flush well at all. The hotel smelled like pot, marijuana. Disgusting.

Near airport, shuttle bus to it

Breakfast, dinner inside , and no resturance in walk distance outside

Friendly staff. Early breakfast. Excellent restaurant.

No hair dryer. Gross bathroom.

The pictures of the hotel are deceiving the hotel is very run down it needs repairs water damage around the windows windows are not secure it appears to be an old outdated hotel that they tried to patch up a bit. will not book again.
