Nothing! It sucked!

Everything! The service sucked! I was there 8 days and they never cleaned my room once! The only time I got clean sheets was when I had to change my room 3x (no power in one room, toilet broken in the second and the TV picture was awful.

It was good quiet stay. The Employees were too notch as Emerick behind counter and Lady B were very helpful to make it a nice stay. Ty

It located beside the airport.

The room had bed bugs. I was bit up. The lobby service said ?do you have proof? as if I would wake up at 2am and move all my stuff out anyways. The whole placed smelled horrid and disgusting.

It is shabby, meaning the toilet seat had "bubbles"/the paint was raised; there were no grab bars in tub/shower/when we arrived the faucet on the sink did not work==HOWEVER, they fixed it the next morning

The location was close to the airport.. only thing..

The front desk watched us walk in and stayed outside to finish their cigarette before finally coming in to check us in.. The rooms furniture was either broken or screws sticking out, bed was super old and uncomfortable.

Location is great it¿s right across the street from the airport parking.

The first room they gave me stunk so bad of cigarettes that I felt sick. Everything in the room was dirty including the bed and chairs. I turned the air conditioning on and it instantly smelled like mold. It made me puke being in that room.

Location good. Refrigerator had an actual freezer and froze Small but actually freezes. Separate From fridge compact size

Carpet looked like it had been vacuumed but vacuum wasn¿t on. Towels were thin. Didn¿t hold much water, really Thin. And small.

Staff and complimentary shuttle

No breakfast, broken furniture. Leaking shower and toilet not bolted and leaking. Not enough towels for number of occupants. Noting near by for places to eat.

It's local and easy to get to the express way. Good food places to eat and options available.

They have a fitness room however, it wasn't open, The staff was warm, welcoming and always pleasent as far as front desk staff.

We stayed for all of 10 minutes and left because of the disgusting state of the room. Stains on the carpet, refrigerator and the office chair by the desk. The room had a musky smell. I went to talk to the front desk and it sounded like the housekeeperquit

The person at the front desk should have never rented the room. The only thing missing was white crime scene tape on the floor. We had no power at home and were seeking warmth and the hotel was trying to pull a fast one. We want a refund

Absolutely horrible experience. I had to switch rooms three times and they made it seem like it was no big deal to have bed bugs roaches a room with a power shortage that they knew about before hand and now I'm in a room that's bathtub won't terrible

Almost everything, the sheets were stained, there was a burned hole in the sheets, the bathroom fan was loud and did not work properly
