Close to the airport. Friendly staff.

Rather dark and outdated.

We were unable to stay for the night we booked because our room was inundated with smoke and it was unsafe and uninhabitable. We only found out about this after check in. We had to stay elsewhere and we were denied a refund. Terrible business.

I booked an ADA compliant accessible room with toilet and walk in shower grab bars. This room was large, comfortable, and completely accessible. Perfect for my needs! Completely the opposite of my booking with the Bloomington Hills Hampton Inn.

I called down to the reception to get another comforter and bed spread as I had spilled my drink on it and the lady that answered was very rude arguing with me about what I was asking for. Very unacceptable and totally unprofessional. I will not return.

Clean, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Staff at the front desk was kind and worked quickly. Close to the airport.

Smaller rooms than the nearby Sheraton. Neighboring rooms booked for partying with noise and smelling of weed.

Our room was pretty dirty. Stains on the beds, hairs in the shower¿and the pool area is so small that whenever there is more than 2 people in there, it is so loud from all the echoes, you get a headache

The convenience it was very close to my house. And the size and the cleanliness of the hotel was very nice.

Hotel staff were kind and helpful. The entire hotel was really clean and the rooms were a decent size.

It was clean, functional, and had a solid free breakfast.

Location and lack of ease getting around without a car. Don't expect much being by airport but sidewalks are inconsistent at best, no shoulders, and fast-moving cars. Not many food options in immediate vicinity either.

The shower,the location to the airport!!! And most importantly they had coffee when are flight was early am.!!! And Chelsea was awesome ¿¿
