Motel 6 Norway MI

I don't believe I received the room I paid for. There was a lot of things that did not work or were broken. I had one staff that was very friendly and one staff that was quite rude. Their continental breakfast consisted of a tiny granola bar.

This hotel was very close to the venue where we were attending a wedding and the price we paid was very affordable.

Pillows were small but functional, we had coffee and cups but no coffee pot. Windows were either damaged by chemicals or just streaky and filthy which made us hesitant to open our curtains even though the days were beautiful and sunny.

Staff was friendly and the lobby area looks nice.

Room smelled heavily of smoke, beds were hard, and the light over the sink didn¿t work correctly.

The breakfast was pretty good. Room was a nice size and laid out well.

The bed was rather hard so not very comfortable. The hotel had changed hotel chains about 4 days before we arrived. The hotel is no longer a Americas Best Value Inn, it is now a Motel 6. I wouldn't have paid the amount I did for a Motel 6.

The outside looked like an older property. However, the inside was updates and modern, clean and comfortable with extra nice people working there.

Everything was clean. Breakfast done very well. Staff was always friendly and willing to help in any way.

Because of short staffing our room was never cleaned during our stay. We were able to get towels and refills on what we needed but had to go to desk and get.

Great location, not busy driving area. Nice get away.

Not really, I have stayed there three or four times and always enjoy it.

The staff at the front desk were kind. They did their best in spite of my issues. There were things above their ability to fix.

The 1st floor room window did not lock. The HVAC unit was filthy, broken and full of debris and moths. A BLOOD (verified by night staff) handprint was on my wall light switch between the two beds. There were no rooms to move me to. I checked out early.

Fairly convenient location. Nice pool and hot tub area for the first night.

Well the BEST thing was Staff!! Besides being VERY friendly she is very nice to look at. ALL the staff here was very friendly as well.

Breakfast was basically just cereal, bagels, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, toast and some fruit

I called a week before my trip to make sure the pool would be open and they told me it will be. We got there and the pool was closed, nobody notified me. I asked if I could get a discount or refunded and they told me no because they were overbooked by 2

No hot breakfast excuses for the condition. Swimming pool unmaintained. Horrendous landscape weeds. Want our money back. Room musty. Hard old beds

A lot of upgrades are needed. Our room was very dated, the lamps only worked if you toggled the on/off switch perfectly, the curtain rod broke when I first touched it, and there was a large he in the wall behind the towel rack in the bathroom

The location great! Close to the True Northwoods Outpost for rafting and kyak rentals

Host was not dressed well. Insisted on the 3pm check. She did check to see when the room would be ready. We arrived at 1:45. I felt she should have tried to accomidate more without me having to ask. Musky smell on 2nd floor and hall not vacuumed

It was very nice and clean it wasn't set on the main road which was great as well m. The man who was working the desk was very polite and helpful
