Econo Lodge Menomonie On The Bay

The location of the hotel by the water. We paid extra to get a second floor room at the back of the hotel overlooking the water.

We stayed 2 nights on a golfing trip. The first breakfast was disappointing as there were fruit flies inside the juice machine dispenser. I poured a glass of apple juice which had at least 10 fruit flies in it.

Location

The hotel had multiple Febreeze like air fresheners plugged into the hallways. The overpowering smell is everywhere, including the rooms. If you are sensitive to smells like this, it is miserable.

The staff was super friendly!!

The room smelled terrible but the windows opened and the weather was beautiful!!!

Deck out back needs a coat of paint or stain.

Location and over looking the water

The walls are paper thin. You can hear snoring, sneezing, conversations, door closing., etc.

Sandwiches for breakfast was a pleasant surprise! Could have had waffle maker.

Carpet and flooring in room looked and felt old.

It's location was good for my needs. It was clean and in good repair.

This is a basic hotel, definitely not a 2.5 star hotel as advertised. Rooms were smaller than most 2.5 room hotels. The Breakfast was mostly heat and eat frozen items, but were good. The plus is the hotel was very clean and in good repair.

I?ve stayed here multiple times in the past years and the place is not the same. Not sure if it has change ownership or not. Dirty. Unhelpful staff. Poor breakfast.

Across the street from police and emt so it was noisy when they were dispatched.

the room I was given was NOT the same room I booked, when I booked the room it said it had a whirlpool in the room which the room did not have so I was very disappointed

Quick check in, nice location right on the beach. It was clean and comfortable.

We have stayed here twice and both times the in -room d=coffee was missing any cream or sugar. A lady had 2 large dogs loose running the hall. I know I can't really hold the property responsible but still it was unnecessary.

The room was clean, great location, on Lake Michigan, near good restaurants.

My check was painful the young lady was rude and I have stayed in the hotel several times this will be the last time.

Mildew smell throughout and a large leak at the ice machine that was not repaired. The staff that checked us in ignored us for almost 10 mins while he vaped and was on the phone standing outside of the main door.

Clean room

Bed was uncomfortable, hard bed and pillows. No elevator

The rooms were immaculately clean, the bed was comfortable, and the AC worked great. This was a tremendous value for the money. Most hotels in this price range aren¿t nearly as well run or kept.

Located right in town on highway 41. Also right on Green Bay. Fair rates

Location,I fell in love with lake view,is adorable.

Loud noises late at night.Not sure if all hotels are like that.People making loud noises late at night.

Everything was great,service staff and location of this hotel is what I love most and that is why I am staying more than once,it is a total pleasure to stay here.Love it 100 stars.

Some people around late night and too early in the morning doing loud noises,making hotel looks like a tavern or a bar.People should have and learn that there are other people around and have some respect for them.
