The proximity to the water and other amenities and experiences in the area. Friendly and affordable location to enjoy a family vacation. During the week, it wasn't busy which also added to our enjoyment of this hotel.

Room service did not service the room for 3 nights out of a 5 night stay. I would have wanted a stop-back if the 9am knock at the door revealed we had not left for the day yet.

It was a busy 4th of July weekend and this place was amazing at accommodating my family of four. We plan on coming back every year now!

It was a great location! Very close to Silver Lake.

Bedding was stained and front desk was closed by the time we got back and noticed. The blankets were already extremely thin before removing the bloody sheets. Mini-fridge did not include a freezer compartment. All this wouldn’t be all that bad if it wasn’t the most expensive hotel of our trip. It’s a good location, but it’s still a cheap motel going for a decent hotel price.

The location was excellent. They put our two rooms side by side as requested. We were even able to get into our room early so we didn't have to take our stuff over to the dune rides with us. The staff was very friendly.

The sand at the bottom of the hot tub, but then again what do you expect when probably most of the people there visited the dunes and brought the sand back with them. :- )

When we got there, we had a 2nd floor room. They readily & pleasantly gave us a ground level room to accommodate my knees. Thank you!!

Pam was the absolute best host, I can’t say enough how amazingly sweet, professional and accommodating she was. I would stay again just because of her hospitality! Great location close to town and very clean rooms!

Great location for getting to dunes and lake. Easy check in. Beds comfortable. Room clean. Free coffee in the am. Ample parking. Good WiFi

Great location, very friendly helpful staff, clean comfortable rooms and pool area. Loved it will definitely choose to stay there again when returning to the area.

The property was very clean and rooms are clean and updated. Nice pool and hot tub area. They have great picnic areas with grills to use. Nice fire pit available for your use.

Nobody watching guest at the pool area and hot tub. Some of the guests needed to be told proper hotel etiquette. Not allowing other guests to enjoy by taking it over as if they were the only guests. Partying and letting there children eat in the hot tub.

Well maintained and clean. Love that you have the opportunity to gather around a fire pit while having the conveniences of a motel.

Everything about the property was great. The owner lives on the property. We had a light out and it was fixed immediately.
