Hampton Inn Detroit/Madison Heights/South Troy Area

Staff

Cleanliness on halls, carpet in halls, elevator cleanliness and carpet needs upgrade

Location and breakfast attendant

The pillows were small and bed was uncomfortable Smelled like weed down the hallway

Service is very friendly. Breakfast hostess is warm and welcoming. She makes if feel like a home kitchen.

The atm fee

The general manager were responsive to things brought to their attention. This hotel is also a great accommodation for family with children.

Maintenance. Check on your items to be sure it’s working. Lotion in the bathroom was empty and the shower door would not stay shut.

Centrally located for us, easy ride to the airport, ample parking, clean rooms and public areas, well priced, good breakfast.

Rooms could use an update - aesthetically. Remove the carpets, faster toilet flush.

Came with brake fast and convenient location

Yes the room wasn?t clean the previous occupants left food in the refrigerator and no shampoo I call down and ask for some told me to come get it I was in shower

Friendly staff, good breakfast, very clean

Clean and excellently maintained

Room was small, but I knew that before--not a problem

For some reason I had trouble connecting to the wifi. I was given the support number by the front desk. I called multiple times, they didn't help, I got hung up on three times. In my opinion, your customer support for wifi issues is a joke.

Super comfy bed! Also clean. And a great breakfast. Really a good choice for an affordable hotel in this area.

Windows do not open.

Everything was good except the plyesters sheets and comforter covers. They were very static.

Everything was good except the plyesters sheets and comforter covers. They were very static. Wish they had cotton sheets.

Clean and location

Room is small.

Location

I couldnt check in on time due to system issues which caused a delay in my shedule

Quiet location, nice breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable room

Sound proofing wasn't adequate to prevent noisy guests in adjacent room from keeping one of us from getting a good night's sleep.

The breakfast was amazing. The apple cinnamon waffles sausage eggs was so good, but the potatoes was everything. I could eat a whole pan of those by myself.

Need an indoor pool

The hotel Breakfast. The manager was really nice. The Hotel was in a nice location.

Nonthing

Pleasant staff

The rooms are not cleaned daily. They are cleaned every four days for guest staying longer than four days.

The outside of the property is not appealing, landscaping ect Window shade didn't work Internet problematic

The front desk staff were courteous and the breakfast was above average.

No housekeeping services if you are only staying 2 days! No where to hang bath towels! No exhaust fan in bathroom.

Breakfast! It's so clean, well set up, great variety, the attendant is very nice.

On arrival, front desk employee literally ignored doorbell I rang 4 times. I could see her shadow moving around but she refused to come out. I called the front desk and she wouldn't answer the phone. Only after another guest let me in did she check me in
