Comfort Inn & Suites Ludington near US-10

Very quiet; slept well

Sour smell as we entered room; discovered it was dingy mildewed shower curtain. Bathroom grout missing on tile floor; toilet seat kept shifting as it was very loose. Hairs on floor and in shower and switch plate tops and backsplash top grungy.

Bed was very comfortable

There was mold in the bathroom shower and the hot tub was dirty, also didn't work.

Quiet at night. Good location. Good breakfast choices.

Quiet and very comfy beds

In remodeling, my smoke detector was wrapped in plastic!

This property is very well managed and it shows as soon as you walk in. Lobby and breakfast area very clean and friendly staff. The room was very clean and equipped with microwave and mini fridge. Complimentary toiletries (shampoo/conditioner) A+.

No. We would stay again.

Pool was great. Hot tub not so much, didn?t seem to be working.

Hot tub not working. Bathroom too small

Outdoor sitting area. Great staff and good breakfast

Cleanliness and nice pool and hot tub

Breakfast eggs seemed artificial.

The pool area & the breakfast area were well maintained. Location was great.

The couch in room was very uncomfortable. We¿ve been to this location many times over the years & every room we stayed in had the same old , uncomfortable couch. Room should have been cleaner. I picked up a dead bug from the floor with a tissue.

Spacious rooms and great pool and spa areas

The rugs in the room were not very well vacuumed and we found several stray pills around the beds and tv stand areas.

Its location in Ludington and the pool and hot tub.

The light was burned out by the door in room 216. The tub was extremely slippery.

The room was big.

I checked in. Got multiple dirty rooms. There was ants all over the hot tub/pool area. Staff was nowhere to be found. Didn't have a 3rd shift employee at all. Breakfast at 630 didn't happen because there wasn't an employee there. WASTE OF MONEY!!!

It was a in a good location to many restaurants, the staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. The "kid suite " that had a bunk bed area for kids was perfect and kids loved it. Staff was great . Everthing was super clean. Pool area is wonderful. Will def return.

The kidsuite is a great idea. Perfect for families that need extra beds.

It was filthy dirty. We requested to change rooms immediately upon arrival and check in. It smelled AWFUL. Changed rooms. Looked like the room floors and hallways weren¿t vacuumed. Bandaids by the pool. It was the most unclean hotel I¿ve ever stayed at.

Great atmosphere. Rooms were nice and clean. Hotel was quiet. Staff was awsome. Only negative....I wish the pool was open later.

Gaming area for kids

The children beds were filthy. My daughter found scrunchies & other personal items tucked in between the bed & walls. There were other kids running around the hallways playing & being loud until 3 am. The warm air didn¿t get to the childrens area

Our room was not ready for check in until 5:45pm. When we arrived at 4:00 for check in we were told they were short staffed and didn't know when housekeeping would get to cleaning our room. Told by front desk to "go get some dinner or something."

The kids TV in the family suite was not connected to the cable and the DVD remote did not work so that TV was useless. Shower head kept slipping down when in use. We have had a couple good experiences here in the past, but we were disappointed this time.

The location was great.

Our room had a horrible smell that we could not figure out what it was. Every time we walked into our room is smelled very bad. It never went away.

staff was excellent. went above and beyond to get us into our room early. the coffee bar was always fresh. doing what they could with the breakfast at this time had good options. room was spacious.

pillows were super flat. faucet in bathroom would not shut off. toilet seat was loose. no tissues had to use toilet paper.
