Room could use update. Very old room and bathroom

The pool was freezing we got the room because the hotel had a indoor pool when we took the kids down to the pool it was freezing

The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Everyone I observed was professional, personable & vigilant in attending to their routine & requested task with SMILES! I couldn't help noticing how well they worked together.

No phone in room to call front desk. When I tried from cell phone, could not get through. Only to worldwide reservations.

Recently remodeled, everything was beautiful. Would definitely use this hotel again.

Couldn't plug bathtub, but that was a minor inconvenience.

Pool out Tv volume locked cannot hear it from bed! Fan in bathroom super loud. Whole place is dated. Breakfast not great took a pass. Even bananas were days old.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

This was not the hotel's fault. But we went without power for nearly 22 hours. We slept with no heat, no breakfast option, and no pool usage because of the power outage.

Staff was super friendly, the rooms were very clean to the point of being able to smell the cleanness. The free Hot Breakfast was very organized & great selection. We did forget some personal hygiene items that they were able to provide for no extra cost.

Very friendly staff! Noah checked us in and he was super nice. We kept extending our stay and everyone we dealt with was super nice and accommodating.

Internet not working, in room phone not working, tv quit working. I had to change rooms at 1:15 am.

High quality staff! For my taste, the bed was a big soft. But the room was clean (and a touch tired).

I have stayed many times. Day and night check ins. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and accommodating. They go way beyond to make sure our stay is comfortable and that our needs are met. The rooms are always very clean. Never a problem. Highly recommend!!
