Located off Interstate 96, this hotel offers a free shuttle to Gerald R. Ford International Airport, 2.5 miles away. It features an indoor pool, free daily breakfast and rooms with free Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, our shuttle service has temporarily been suspended. We are hoping to get this back as soon as possible. A microwave and fridge are standard in all spacious rooms at Country Inn & Suites Grand Rapids Airport. The traditionally decorated rooms also feature a cable TV and a work desk. Fitness and business facilities are located on-site for guest convenience. Free weekday newspapers are also available. Pros +
- The breakfast selection was horrible no fruit. There was no selection no fruit. Only begals
- Breakfast was yummy, nobody bothered me, staff was kind and it was easy to book.
Cons -
- Staff was not present for over 25 mins — had to wait in waiting area. Caused us to be pushed back on time and late! It was very unprofessional and she didn’t even apologize.
- Location only.
- Kind of dirty, elevators didnt work and heard dogs barking a lot.

I waited for 15 min before the desk clerk came in firmo outside. The only reason he can in was because tge phone was ringing and it was me trying to get waited on. He then told me I did not have a reservation. I showed him the confirmation and he looked at me and said it was Booking.com’s problem. Found it interesting since I checked in with staff the day before and I had a reservation.
