No hair dryer and Tv remote in room

The rooms were nice and updated

When checking in, the desk staff was sitting on the counter which I thought was unprofessional,and then there is the $100 deposit that they require when checking in. I have been to some nice upscale hotels that don't charge that much,

The staff! Professional, yet Friendly, and easy to get along with, always more than happy to assist in all our needs and requests quickly, and efficiently.The pool was SO much fun! Cracker Barrel was right next door, too! Overall, a really great stay!

Requested a quiet room and it was granted.

Coffee was full of coffee grounds. The road leading to hotel was in rough shape, poor signage at end of road. They took a $100 down deposit!

Rooms never clean just nasty

Not clean, wasn?t notified there was construction, just overall not happy with our experience

The staff was accommodating.

Inconvenient self parking if you don?t use Valet Parking.

Absolutely nothing. It was filthy, unsafe

We were in the area for work. No hot water, paid for a kitchens and they didn’t have any supplies for it. Second night there were no towels, holes in the concrete floors on the 3rd floor, ceiling tile missing, trash chute was open huge safety hazard. The fire extinguishers were open and kids were playing with them. The hotel just shrugged and management never would return our calls. We had to leave after the first night due to safety and no hot water. Booking will not give any assistance either on getting us a refund for the false advertising on their site.

Large rooms

They charge $100 before you even leave just in case there is damage, main reason I’m trying to to stay there again. Some of the outside doors don’t close and lock and there is been a barking dog every time I have stayed

It was dirty bathroom tub toilet and sink was clogged up and no room service

The bed was comfortable.

The microwave and head board were filthy. The towels were all stained. When I asked for replacement towels they would only give me one and those were stained and had holes. Two of the towels had blood stains. One had obvious feces stains. The pool area, lobby, and hallways were disgusting and all needed vacuuming and mopped. The whirlpool didn't work and there was no sign.

No soap no shampoo no body soap all containers empty Grab bar in shower came off in my hand

The only thing I could say was the staff were nice but the room was clean except for the linen.

My Linen was dirty, torn and stained. I notified the night staff and he gave me clean sheets but they didn’t not fit my bed. The cover to the mattress was stained and dirty. The two top covers not the sheets were torn and stained. I notified the morning staff and she told me nothing could be done because the cleaning staff only changed the Lenin on Mondays and Thursday and it was Saturday morning so that meant I was not going to get anything clean. I have pictures which I will try to send

It was clean, had a pool and hot tub, and the staff was pleasant.

Had to buy the coffee for the coffee maker in the room and you had to rent the dishes and silverware in the kitchenet.

our room was impeccable!!! Comfortable and great to be able toCook and eat in our room with the conscience of a home style set up

Road and parking lot not well kept

Mya the front desk clerk is the ONLY thing positive about this hotel!!

The manager! Fadi/Frank was HORRIBLE!! Our room was dirty when we were given our keys this was the SECOND room they presented us. . So we asked for a refund... we had to find another hotel. Mya was great and gave the refund. Fadi/Frank reversed the refund! And charged me even though I didn't stay there saying quote "WE NOT HERE TO PLEASE PEOPLE IF THEY DON'T LIKE IT THEY CAN LEAVE"!The hotel had many dirty rooms! Those that were cleaned by housekeeping and supposed to be ready were still DIRTY! . As we were waiting to check in- several customers came to the desk complaining about their rooms being dirty... bathtubs... showers ..etc.They had a lot of people hanging around the building. Smells of weed/dope smoking wreaked throughout the hotel....VERY BAD HOTEL WILL NEVER VISIT AGAIN!!And I WILL FIGHT for my REFUND .. and would not advise ANYONE to go to this hotel!

The staff were nice. Not very knowledgeable but nice.

We couldn't check in due to no towels being cleaned. Sheets were dirty. Bugs. I checked in at 3 went to an event got back at 11 and checked out at 11:30. Couldn't stay. Staff couldn't check me out or give me a receipt because he was new. Horrible experience. Not to mention the elevator shakes Horribly. We used the stairs.

I liked everything, the bed was comfy, the rooms were spacious, and clean.

There was no shampoo, or body soap in the rooms and the drains were clogged so we couldn't shower without the drains overflowing.

The room was clean and the bed super comfortable.

Extremely disappointed to find spa was not working, had i known i would have chosen a different location.
