Hampton Inn & Suites Flint/Grand Blanc

The staff at the desk was great and helpful . Hotel employees was helpful . They have such a nice staff and friendly and gave u what u need for the room . And the breakfast lady was wonderful and the food was great.

The cleaning was ok in room , they could have did a little more wiping down and mopping . But other than that it was nice . And the cleaning staff was very nice and pleasant

I had to book with another hotel for second night stay

The hotel was quiet and clean.

The only problem we had was the hot tub was cold and no one was around to fix it that evening.

Large suite. Exceptionally clean and up to date. Friendly staff. Very nice breakfast in taste and variety.

It is located right off the highway. Staff was extremeyl helpful. Good breakfast and the pool/hot tub were clean.

They charged an extra 50.00 which took longer to check in. They also ended up double billing me for the room. It really didn't help buying online. It would have been better to just call the hotel.

This hotel was very modern, clean and had spacious rooms. The beds were comfortable!

For the price, I did not like having to schedule time for the pool/hot tub. During Covid 19 protocols, prices per night should be lowered.

The size of the room was very impressive. The variety of breakfast food options was great.

Not having any cleaning staff to replenish towels was a slight disappointment, but being able to call down to the front desk for anything was a nice alternative.

Staff very rude to certain customers. Very unaccommodating when it came to checking in 30 minutes early also when it came to checking out late.

I have stayed in plenty of Hampton Inns over my 25 years of being a truck driver and this by far is the worst! The walls were paper thin it was like staying at a cheap hotel!!!

Pool for grandchildren.

When we got their they could not find one of our rooms had to pay for 3 rooms was told I would get a refund for one room have not seen it yet.

Honesty of staff, my mother left her wallet, the house keeper returned it to the front desk. This speaks volumes. Thank you I also liked the size of the suite, beds were great, room was clean and comfortable.
