Didn’t like the frayed dirty carpet in the room and the awful vanity lighting

clean, convenient locations, pool and HOT tub, nice breakfast with several hot options , coffee,microwave,fridge in rooms spacious rooms and great staff at our several previous stays

well, one reason I chose this hotel over several hotels with BETTER reviews is that it has a HOT TUB,(was not HOT) I've got bad arthritis, planning to use the HOT tub open UNTIL 10 PM, BUT they shut it down at 9:32. arrived late with traffic issues

screen falling out of window, toothpaste smeared on wall near fridge, no easy or chairs/table except desk, dead bug in sink, hot tub broken, internet pops on and off, bathroom door doesnt stay shut, papershreds in tub, fridge door rack missing. Awful!

They were very accommodating when I requested another riom. The 1st room was a bit stale smelling from the room A/C.

Location, king size bed.

Bathroom door does not stay open-closes right away. Elevated, marble transition piece on floor (tripping hazard). Poor painting job on walls.

Convenient location. Adequate parking.

Sink plugged. Dated. Room smelled very musky. Tired furniturem

Bed was not king size, nor was it very comfortable in my opinion it should have been replaced a long time ago. Room was not cleaned very good, and the office chair they had in there was an accident waiting to happen.

I could sleep.

Shower did not work, exploded cans in freezer heat/air is capped to about 69.

Super clean. Breakfast was real good considering Covid. 2 choices of Breakfast sandwiches you could heat up, waffles, bagels, yogurt, cereals, juice, coffee and milk. Room was clean. Huge TV. Quiet Location. Hotel employee was great at the front desk. Great stay.

We stayed 2 nights and the room was not automatically cleaned. You have to ask, that consists of hanging a door card and check what you want done. Bed will not be changed but they give you fresh sheets and towels. Will empty trash etc. Just ask.

It was clean and the staff was friendly

The pool was closed and the pool was one of the main reasons we wanted to get a hotel

Location was ok, staff was nice.

Breakfast wasn't very good. Poor selection and very carbohydrate heavy. Yogurt loaded with sugar, etc. Room needed to be cleaned better. There was chair and foot stool that were disgusting. They need to be put in a dumpster.

Didn¿t really get to experience the hotel

The associate that was checking us in was incredible rude and didn¿t really appreciate how dire our situation was and was communicating to us with a very unwelcoming demeanor. Didn¿t really have any more experience with the hotel.

It is a pleasure to stay at this hotel when in town! The rooms are always comfortable and clean, same with the breakfast area! The employees are sincere; thank you for offering a dependable hotel!

It really needs updating. The shower curtain rod was covered in rust. The bathtub had trouble draining . Would stop shower several times so it could drain. The footstool for the chair was in very bad shape.

I had made a complaint to the hotel front dusk staff that the room below me had a dog barking well past 2:30 a.m. which made it very difficult for me to be able to sleep and get up for work the next morning. Asked for call from manager, never happened.

Loved the location and cleanliness of the hotel

Checked in early used the pool with the family and asked the staff to have the room cleaned and new towels it never got done

Nice remodeling, clean room.

TV remote did not work well, nor did it for a gentleman who visited the front desk while I checked in.

Clean room, comfortable bed, quiet and good breakfast
