Hilton Garden Inn Detroit Utica

Seemed new, very clean, large lobby, coffee available all day, friendly staff, nice rooms. For what I needed, it was a great location.

I needed the business center and their printer wasn¿t working. I was able to get assistance at the front desk by emailing my document to them. It was a kind gesture, however they couldn¿t print in color. I hope they get their printer repaired.

I loved the room...beautifully appointed and staff was so kind and helpful. My sister and brother-in-law came with me when I signed inn and will be recommending the hotel to anyone coming to visit her in Clinton Township, MI.

Lobby and room were spotless. Staff made eye contact and were friendly at every interaction. We were very pleased and would definitely select this place again.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Workout room was nicely equipped.

Booked my room online. An additional room tax was added after I checked into the hotel. I had to work a bit to get this identified and resolved. The front desk staff was wonderful. Whereas, the manager was very abrupt.

Staff, most were very courteous and helpful. especially exemplified a natural professional concern for guess while ensuring they understood the amenities offered by the hotel. She was very knowledgeable regarding her position and it was displayed.

The room was clean.

The water in the shower was way too hot and could not be adjusted. The noise from the heater was loud. The room was very modern and not very cozy. The parking lot was icy.

The facility was clean. The hallways were clean. The room was very clean and well maintained.

My only issue with the room was that the bed was very uncomfortable.It felt like I was sleeping on a three inch thick mattress on plywood. I did not report it to management. By the time I was getting into bed, I had a few drinks, and it wasn't worth the effort.

Was not the best. Not up to Hilton standards.

It’s Close to Everything I Came To Do while Here. It’s Quiet and Peaceful. Awesome Bathroom. And, Fridge with Microwave are Perfect for a quick snack and Beverage.

No Pool.

The staff was AMAZING! The general manager Anthony was incredibly helpful and very kind! Our room was perfect!

location good. Room above ours was really noisy both friday and saturday nights Not good for sleeping. Room was clean except for a hamburger wrapper behind curtain and corners on carpet not vacuumed.

Thought for the price of the hotel room, the breakfast should have been included so I didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel and chose to go to a restaurant instead

Good location

Breakfast had little choices unless you paid an additional fee for a hot breakfast.Hotel cable had very few choices to watch on TV
