Best Western River Terrace

It was decently clean. It was nice to see the river outside the door.

Weird set-up in room. Bathroom right next to bed. The whole area is fairly run down. Not hotel’s fault. Also it is a motel. Doors open to parking lot.

The location was perfect. The staff went above and beyond! The breakfast is good. It was such peaceful stay!

Bathroom had drainage issues with shower and sink.

The room was pretty nice and the jacuzzi tub was built for two. The microwave and mini fridge were a pleasant surprise (possibly in the description, although I didn't see it).

The pool was empty as was the hot tub (glad I didn't plan to swim). There was coffee available in the morning, but not continental breakfast as advertised (I assume due to COVID). There was a Bob Evan's next door, however.

It has a balcony that overlooks the river with stunning views in the fall!

The room was comfortable but it was pretty small. The bathroom wasn’t ideal, as I like a separated bathroom, with the shower, toilet and vanity all in the same room. There was no counter space! The bed was super comfortable though!!

The walk out to the river was nice

The hot tub was broken and they did not offer a discount or anything. There we're spiders in the corners of the ceiling I had to go around and dust away the webs and kill the spiders. The towels were small and not soft at all

In this day and age of electronics, I expected to have some outlets that I could charge my equipment. I had to put my IPhone by the sink and my computer had to be plugged into the strip behind the refrigerator.

Great staff. Nice breakfast. Pet friendly. Room had a lovely view of the river,and a private balcony.

It was close to where we needed to be

The picture of room was not what room actually looked like. It had a smell, like nursing home. Husband became ill, he was caughing and sneezing someone in the room got his allergies acting up. When told about room, they said oh no one said anything before

The breakfast was less than expected. Hot eggs and a breakfast meat would make it much better.

The location was good and the pool looked nice.

Our room had mold in the air conditioning unit - clearly visible mold.
