The owner, not really skilled at customer service, did his best to satisfy my requests.

An old hotel slowly being brought back from the dead. There is a faint heartbeat detectable. The room was filled with old furniture and a squeaky bed. Worse, it appears the cleaning staff is in need of serious training.

The view of the water out back is nice, and proximity to downtown area.

Double charged my card but refused to refund as their system says I was only charged once. Rooms were a little dusty and tub was dirty, but they were going through a remodel. Staff seems lost on daily operations.

Completely shocked me when I looked out my back door and saw that I could have parked a boat in the water for an additional fee, which was an excellent value. Great location.

Easy access to the rooms. Liked that each room had its own walkout patio facing canal. Very quiet and laid back setting. Fairly nice continental breakfast with good coffee.

The air conditioner was very noisy therefore a good nights sleep wasn't had by either of us. The bathroom air filtration fan went on with the light and it too was very noisy. The floors were very dirty - didn't go barefoot in room.

Very clean and pleasant room. Beautiful river view. Will definitely visit again!

Slight problem with inadequate shower spray. Minor inconvenience.

To wake up in the morning with a beautiful view of the river from the balcony was such a great way to start the day. We have been in motels in 4 states in the past month. This one is the best by far.

It was not a problem for us but maybe some should know that there was no elevator.

$5 plastic chairs on patio.small bathroom with one bar built into plastic surround.called several times for towels. fell twice upon entering doors as metal plates on floor were not screwed in.only one available plug in entire room.

The location was perfect! We had the beautiful view of the River with all the funny seagulls, Walmart, gas station, food and Marijuana shop right across the street. The owner was very nice and helpful with all of our needs and questions.
