- The parking
- People over there working they still carry dog with them and playing with the dog inside and plus working only we have a reason I have dog allergies they should not bring to the counter
- Never got clean towels or coffee cups replaced even though we removed sign from door. Parking left a lot to be desired. Parking lot needs to be replaced and we parked way in the back

Location. Room was nice and comfortable.
