Ocean Sands at York Beach

Location was nice, room was nice

Yes, when we checked in we were told they had a tech on site working on the internet. The whole entire stay there was no tv, radio or WiFi. I think there should have been courtesy check-ins from the front desk and perhaps an offered discount from our stay

We never saw housekeeping so didn¿t receive clean towels etc until I asked the staff in the office twice.

We were in a back building called the barn. Beds were hard. Bathroom sink didn¿t drain. You had to go through one bedroom to get to the other.

It is right across the street from the ocean. Walk along a magnificent ocean view. Close to restaurants. Updated and remodeled rooms. Dogs allowed for additional fees.

when booking the cottage didnt know it had no heat? didnt know heat was a option? so they moved us to a nother room and that room had two twin beds in the same room so that didnt work so on the 3rd move was the right room with a private bed room

Room wasn¿t what was advertised it was a second floor dirty apartment not a hotel room. Cluster of cottages

Location is directly across from the beach with easy access. The air conditioner worked great. The refrigerator was a decent size for our needs. Internet was available. Great to have an outdoor pool. Good price for the location.

I would like to have had a small table and a couple chairs (the only place to sit was on the bed). No microwave in our room. The small drip coffee maker was adequate. No hair dryer.

Near the beach

The hotel was being remodeled. The pool was closed. There was construction site boxes and debris all along the entire hotel. The place was a overall eyesore and not what was advertised. I¿m sure it¿ll look great when renovating is done.

Amazing location, directly across the street from an absolutely gorgeous Beach.

When we arrived after a long drive there was no one in the office to check us in, but we called the number and someone came in about 5 minutes to check us in. Also the hotel pool was freezing and pretty dirty.

Hotel was undergoing major renovations . No food no ice and water pipes slam when in use .and lack of parking .

Th staff is awesome, helpful and attentionate. Location unbeatable. The room is newly remodeled, the private balcony a must. While the site is undergoing renovations, we were bever bothered by the noises or dust. The rooms seems very much soundproof.

Nothing, except maybe the pool wasn¿t running, which wasn¿t an issue for us at all.

It?s conveniently located to the beach.
