Bathroom shower was a phone booth too small and outdated. Parking lot behind our room so had to lug our stuff a good distance from our room

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and great location. This is not the Ritz, but a very convenient place for basing out of while we went off on our explorations. Highly recommended in this price range. We hope to go back again next year!

I only say this because I use it.. the TV channel selection wasn't great, but having said that , we weren't there to watch TV

overall the room was in great shape and was clean . The bed was very comfortable and we fell asleep quickly and had a good nights sleep. the bathroom area was recently redone. new shower stall, with great water pressure. the floor was new. .

we were on the 2nd floor and the stair was steep and the steps were narrow. the hotel still used keys instead of key cards.

Room was very clean and well maintained. Staff were very accommodating and informative. Location was within easy access to beaches and attractions. Convenient parking.

It was friendly, old fashioned, seasonal, family run motel. Simple and adequate!

I love the friendly desk clerk and how clean the hotel is. The bed is so comfortably. Holiday Inn Express ever time

I liked how close to short sands beach we were and to all the other amenities. Nice and quiet place to relax.

Some new mattresses would make things perfect.

Despite not having an A/C, I found the air flow in the room comfortable at night due to the ample amount of windows, oscilating fan and ceiling fan.

The tv was pretty small for the room size and the shower felt a bit clostrophobic.

The room should have been cleaner. Pool locked two of the three days we stayed.

The location was perfect. We could walk to Long Sands or short sands. everything was super clean. The owner was so nice and accommodating. it’s not super fancy, but it’s quiet and comfortable and relaxing. I’m glad I found this little gem.

The room was spacious and super clean. The quilts on the bed were well made cotton and perfect weight (not polyester and scratchy). Adele was an amazing host. Contactless housekeeping was efficient.
