    • Beautiful setting right on the bay. Towels and linens in the room really make a difference...all top quality. The room and bathroom were immaculate. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good variety of breakfast offerings.
    • Beautiful location, excellent breakfast, great staff
    • Breakfasts was great - bikes were available- walking trails nearby

    Cons -

    • The room was average, though nicely painted and appointed. Carpet needs to be updated. The only entrance to the room is through a sliding glass door, which is a little weird. The view from our room was partially blocked by another building.
    • Regret we couldn't stay longer!
    • Need to have kayaks for rent - bathroom was small

This is the most charming and quintessential Maine bed and breakfast. Lisa was so helpful from check in to check out and all the time in between. They serve a delicious fresh breakfast and the grounds are kept up beautifully. They have e-bikes and regular bikes to use around town and a cute restaurant next door for an easy dinner. They also had beach towels and chairs so we could enjoy the beach with comfort. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Next time I would try to get another room, we did get the last two so It's hard to complain but the bathroom in my room was small and hard to maneuver in.

This hotel was a little like glamping. The rooms were modest but the views were incredible. You do have to walk a bit to your unit from parking and you might have stairs. One downside - one of our rooms had a heater with no specific temperature control - just up or down and it was quite loud. The rooms were dated but the shower pressure was great. Bed was pretty good - comfy sheets. The terrace and surroundings was the outstanding part. Breakfast was also outstanding and they have water and coffee available all day. They also had shuffleboard which we enjoyed. Location was okay - a few restaurants nearby and less than half hour from Ogunquit. If you value nature and a terrace and beautiful surroundings over a posh room - this is for you.

Heater in one room was loud and old. Bed was a little small and older. Bathroom was dated.

We loved everything! Jordan was lovely and so helpful. The room was great, the bed was super comfortable and the grounds are gorgeous! We enjoyed relaxing on the adirondack chairs reading. The breakfast was delicious and we ate on the porch overlooking the beautiful grounds and York River. The location was so close to wherever we wanted to go and we loved kayaking in the river (Jordan recommended Northern Explorer Supply and Isaiah was the best!). We give Dockside Guest Quarters a 10/10 and highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful location, great breakfast, friendly staff, special shoutout to Lisa who showed us to our room. I had concerns before our scheduled arrival regrading the room assigned after reading a bad review so I called and spoke to Lisa who was very cordial and answered all my concerns . Reading reviews are of course subjective. I’m glad we didn’t cancel. All in all it was a wonderful weekend which exceeded my expectations. We will be back next time and stay longer than 2 nights to really experience the essence of the place-tranquil , peaceful and beautiful

The whole property was over looking the Atlantic and the Dock. It had multiple acres of great quality of lawns and well manicured landscapes. The room was very comfortable and the view was great. The included breakfast was very sumptuous!

A lovely complex of buildings around the central house where there are some guest rooms and breakfast is served. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is next to a related restaurant where the meals are excellent. The hotel is part of a marina, which makes it busy but also very off the beaten track

Would be great if were open in winter, but it is only open in summer.

Beautiful vista to the sea. Comfortable, spacious rooms.

Diner was not available at adjacent restaurant owing to weddings. Road access via a working boat yard.

We loved the location of the resort. We enjoyed the daily breakfast and selection was good.

Wish the tiki bar would have been open for lunches. Ate dessert one evening in the restaurant and the service and food were both poor.

Breakfasts were always delicious! A great way for us to start our day.Our room was very comfortable, and having the deck to sit and enjoy the harbor was very relaxing.Thank you!

I cannot think of anything that we didn’t like.
