The front desk staff was nice, but to they would have to be or they wouldn't have anything else going for it!

The room smelled musty and the ceiling in the bathroom looked moldy.

Quiet rooms

Staff was always eating breakfast food meant for guests. During full stay no room service except once making bed hotel needs all kinds of repairs keys to doors constantly needed to be changed shortage of towels soap Way Overpriced for the quality

Room doors were broken, breakfast was awful.

Pool and quietness

Someone knocked on our door at 11:04am on our checkout date and accused us of smoking in the room ! I have proof of a burn on side of bed on day I checked in and the time !! We feel they were trying to pin that on us they knew that was there !!

Large rooms, cozy beds, easy to get to.

Didn't use the shower because it did not look clean. Floor seemed mildew and damp.

Air Quality was terrible! Need to replace AC. Musty and mold smell.

The rooms were dirty . Bedding had blood stains on the sheets, the lights were covered with dirt/vomit. The dial pad on the phone had blood on it. The toilet floor had poop on it. Breakfast was the worst I ever had. No bread, just a waffle.

Beds were comfortable

I stood at the front desk for quite some time while the staff member behind the desk stared at his phone and refused to acknowledge me. I actually thought I was being punked.

Smelled, dirty, the rooms had peeling wallpaper and were not that clean. Would NOT stay there again.

Disappointed the pool wasn't opened

The room had several broken things and the bed was as hard as a rock. Breakfast was severely lacking in food. I had partly chosen this hotel because of the pool and both that and the fitness room were closed. Very disappointed

it was open

there was no power, my room had no lights, no heat and no power. I still had to pay full price along with everyone else who got stranded due to the storm. I was told refunds would be offered and when I didn't see one I called and was told no refunds.

Close by during our horrid weather; easy access

The elevator was out of service. It wasnt really something that we couldnt overcome for sure, but it wouldve been nice to have.

Cleanliness. Size of the room. Bed was comfortable. Quiet.

Nothing really. My girlfriend likes to have many layers of comforters on her when she sleeps. Next time we'll bring extra blankets.

Location - proximity to interastate

Not clean - room smelled musty, carpet was damp so we wore shoes in the room, hallway smelled like cigarette smoke even though a non-smoking hotel. Front desk staff seemed uninterested when notified. Mattresses need protectors - gross stains.

Nothing. The stuff attitude was extremely unfriendly. The bathroom ceiling was leaking all night long and got my personal belongings wet and dirty. When reported to the front desk. They didn¿t do anything to correct the situation.

Stuffs need to provide better customer service. The facility needs to be better maintenance.

The hot best was a nice addition.

Room had items left in it on nightstands. The desk when shown these upgraded us but still the idea that dirty socks,cheap plastic sunglasses and ear plugs had been left on nightstands by cleaning staff was not the most pleasant.

The staff was efficient and helpful.

I really appreciate that breakfast was included but would rather have scrambled eggs rather than over hard eggs. Other than that it was good.......maybe fruit salad instead of apples or bananas...
