St Michaels Harbour Inn, Marina and Spa

The view from the room was decent.

This hotel and room at $---/night was highly overrated. I would never stay at this hotel again. Room had ants, NO chairs in the room to sit or dress, bathroom the size of our motorhome, no carpeting anywhere, I could go on but what's the point?

Nice, clean, but somewhat dated... 90's vibe.

Location - RIGHT on the water, the most beautiful views, easily walkable to downtown St. Michael's, and the 1st floor suite with its own patio was perfect and relaxing.

I know it's off-season, but staff was almost invisible - I had a hard time finding people at the front desk or at either of the restaurants to help me. Not pleased with the resort fee as most of the amenities were closed this time of year.

Pool and pool bar. Proximity to all the shops and restaurants. The view!

For the price the hotel room was lacking. Outdated, dusty broken vent fan. Small bathroom¿etc

The location is awesome! Seeing all the different boats is neat. The staff is very friendly!

While we liked our stay and if we visit St. Michaels again we will definitely stay at the Habour Inn, our room was just average. Our mattress was in bad shape and should be replaced. The outside railing off our balcony should be looked at, not stable.

The staff was very friendly and accommodationing. The location was perfect right on the water and just a short walk to town.

The hotel was doing renovations in the lobby. We chose to come during the week because we wanted a quiet relaxing birthday stay. We woke up to the sound of power tools and loud banging both mornings.the staff tried to move us, but we could still hear it.

The room (suite) was wonderful. Very spacious and we had a door that went out onto the marina with outdoor seating, if we wanted to look at the water. There was room to spread out for multiple people.

I wouldn't recommend breakfast at the hotel. Also, be aware that if driving/walking to the hotel during high tide (especially if raining), the street does flood. (Not their fault, but wanted to warn peeps!)

Had a wonderful 50th anniversary stay for 2 nights at the Harbour Inn. Had a balcony room so that we could have the wate view and enjoy the comings and goings of the watercraft.

General location in relation to the harbor

Many things: 1. Hotel was dark and generally dirty. Elevator floor was filthy, hallways dark and poorly lit. 2. Shower water to our ankles, no draining, called twice to no avail, never fixed. 3. Breakfast buffet - looked so poor, we left. 4. Dirty gla

The location can¿t be beat! We had a room with a porch which was lovely! The staff was also very helpful. Shuttle was an added convenience!

Overall, the hotel is outdated. The rooms themselves are nice but the patio furniture, bathrooms, and hallways could use some updates.

The hotel was right on the Chesapeake Bay and had a nice pool overlooking the bay. Staff was very nice during our stay.

Our room, was definitely an entry-level room for the hotel and although well-maintained, Was pretty basic for the price. We had a hard time finding electric outlets to plug-in various items. The room appeared to be an extension of a larger suite

The location and the view, the room had a great view of the harbor and was very compfortable and staff were great.

Yes in past years they gave a free breakfast but this time there was a charge and choices were limited. the bathroom tub looked dirty but was probably just wear . Otherwise the room was compfortable. At one point we smelled cigarette smoke, addressed.

Wonderful hotel! Having bikes available for guests was such a unique and special feature! I loved the hardwood floors in the room and the spaciousness of it. Breakfast overlooking the harbor was lovely. Great location and easy parking too!

The only disappointing thing was the pool deck was being refinished so we were unable to relax on the deck while having perfect sunny weather. However there was other seating on the grounds along the water's edge.

Staff, Buddy's restaurant in residence, general quietness of the room despite the great crowd in the bar and restaurant.

Some of the fittings - bathroom door, comfort of the mattress was a little dated, but it was clean and the staff was exceptional/

Rm. 115 has a bathroom sink that doesn't drain well and the toilet seat needs repair.

No seat cushions on the deck, premium price for average hotel

Surly manager; dirty room, pool was TINY and filled with loud, drinking adults--our kids could not use. We arrived at 11am and despite having 8 clean rooms that met the description of what we paid for, we had to wait til 4pm; their check-in time. CREEPS!

The atmosphere and attention to the customer. There extra surprises like order breakfast and car service was nice.
