Comfort Inn Oxon Hill - National Harbor

Amenities listed on website do not match the actual accommodations and they we’re renovating and painting the hallway outside the room which triggered allergies which was not disclosed upon checking in

I was only there one night.

Too many items to list... FOREMOST being the overall condition of the property. It is in dire need of renovation... The staff however was very polite, friendly and accommodating.

Nothing it looked like it was a shelter for homeless families

Everything staff rude, room had bugs and not cleaned. Rat hole in the wall.

My bed was comfortable

Hotel is run down, neighborhood is dingy, room door didn’t seem secure

Location the peace and quiet the rooms were clean the free breakfast was Great.

Funny smell on floors coming off elevator.also charge to much use the Laundry room

Air conditioner outdated, auto function did not work therefore had to get up to turn off and in. Bathroom toilet flushed so hard I had to close lid to prevent spillage as well as the seat was loose. Refuse to use ice machine as it looked like mol

The smell in the room. The mold in the bathroom. The person handling the breakfast bar was terrible. She told some kids to clean off their tables" I am not cleaning up behind you". These were Chinese tourist staying in the hotel. She was loud and ride.

Easy access to bus routes/public transit. Hotel served me fine. Breakfast was free and average. Bed comfortable, plenty of pillows and towels.

Room wasn't fully cleaned from the last guest. Trash behind the bedside table, roach strip kept getting stuck to my phone charger, pen caps and various items that were not from me already in the room upon my arrival.

It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable

Where should I start? Probably with the roach in the bathroom when I checked in. Bathroom ceiling was trashed from leakage from the room above. Fan in bathroom didn't work. HVAC unit was antiquated and had no cover over the outflow.More but met text limit

Room issue with shower, soiled carpet, and the smells

The front desk rep seemed like he didnt want to be there. The room had bugs in it dead and alive. I counted 2 mosquitoes a fly and a roach. I left an hour later and that was the second room we were given. All of the beds linen were dirty in both rooms.

Clean room - breakfast was good

Tv didn?t work, safe didn?t work. Staff didn?t try to fix it. Room clean. Breakfast was good.

The bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful when the pillowcases were missing-even upgraded to a better room.

Curtains were damaged-carriers were broken in both rooms we reserved. The tile work wasn?t finished.

Sink faucet was dripping water. I did report to the front desk

Power Went Out for Quite A While, Forcing Me to Miss a Meeting and Staff was Unreachable and Refused to Accommodate Many Hours Later.

Staff was courteous, professional, friendly.

There didn?t seem to be a lot of hot water.

Upon arrival I was informed that there was no internet service and given the address to another Comfort Inn that was minimally an additional hour out of the way. This was a total inconvenience not to mention the ambiance!

I wanted to change my room it didn't have a refrigerator or microwave..thy very nice and change my room with what I need
