The location and the friendly staff

Was unable to purchase a drink from the vending machine ?. Staff act as if they didn't want to give me change to use the broken machine. There was no compliment coffee on the weekend. Our coffee machine or phone didn't work in our room ??

Great price for nice room compared to 4star or 5star was about same beside view and shower

Everything was fine

We were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of this location. Many ¿brand¿ hotels appear to have given up on cleanliness. Considering the rate we were paying, we weren¿t expecting much. Wow, we were impressed.

We stayed for 3 nights and never saw housekeeping . Not an issue, but we ran out of toiletries and coffee on day one. We were able to get additional from front desk. All staff were pleasant and accommodating. A+ service.

Water was slow draining from bathtub. Maintenance was sent in no time to handle the problem. LOVED the shuttle bus service.

No - Would highly recommend!

The pick up and drop off van service ,the kind drivers were pleasant like if I knew them.

Also I had 2 meals a breakfast and early dinner both were great

The only thing I did not like about the hotel was the fact that the walls where super thin!! I found head my next door neighbor all night. Even just their casual conversation. The St it was on was very noisy as well didn’t like that and kept on waking u

Easy check in. Front desk staff was very helpful with insights on restaurants in the area during the pandemic. Room was very nice. Parking is free and the hotel is just minutes from the harbor, the MGM and shopping. I will stay there again.

The coffee maker didn’t work, the water in the shower was gray, were not advised that the shuttle wasn’t running prior to our stay. It was so noisy you could here everything from outside and inside the hotel. Would not recommend this place for the mo

People on 7th floor still arguing at 2am

The receptionist workers and maintenance crew. They were moving quickly and check in was very quick. The sink had a leak and the maintenance crew was there before I got back upstairs to the room. The club was nice and I got my food quick.

Close to MGM and National Harbor. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and breakfast was good! This was my 2nd stay there and I will be back!

The manager Mr. Vincent Washington... he would not address me face to face about my concerns. He had his staff lie to me that he was not that. Only returned my call at 1:27AM

THE HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN AND THE STAFF WAS GREAT.

YES, THE ROOM HAD A OLD SMELL. I HAD TO GO OUT AND BUY SOMETHING TO CLEAR UP THE SMELL.

Liked the restaurant and bar atmosphere at night.....didn't feel the need to leave at night great place to come for food, drinks and a little dancing.

Complimentary breakfast was okay......Had to wait almost 20 minutes for the coffee to be refilled and food depleted quickly with little to no refilling being done.

the location was very close to the MGM casino, which was our destination. lobby was good looking, breakfast buffet was decent. property WAS very clean, that was the best part.

No coffee makers in the rooms, VERY cramped bathroom, SLOW SLOW SLOW elevators- seemed only 1 was working most of the time- NO BUSINESS CENTER?? REALLY?? Pool not open, no hot tub, gym was 3 pieces of equipment. fell short of the star rating for sure

Staff was friendly and helpul especially the shuttle van driver. I love the fact that they had a free shuttle to drop you off and pick you back up from the MGM and the National Harbor. Bar inside looked very nice and there was a great drink Harbor drink

The only thing was our room had a lot of dust. Also Iwas thinking the hotel was at the Harbor

Newly remodeled hotel, clean, good location and would recommend.

Very fancy and nice looking. Great rooms and polite staff. Breakfast was nice.

Complimentary shuttle was over 30min. behind schedule. We were told it would be there at 12:00pm and we had to be at our appointment at 12:30. When it was apparent it would not be on time, the staff offered to call us a cab and charge us for it. Uncool!
