The rooms reeked of cigarette smoke¿ Clean the rooms and change the filters in the vents¿.very disappointed¿ The staff tried to sell me an overpriced time share and lied to get me to purchase. I made them read the disclosures which caused some pushbac¿

Typical hotel.

10am check out sucked. Having hotel staff knock on my door at 8am to see if I checked out yet then they did it again at 9

The room as space was great. And having all dishes in the fully-furnished apartment made it feel like home.

Shower head was broken when I arrived. Couch looked dirty/unclean even though it was probably clean, just a lot of stains (from cleaners?), it appeared.

The location and amenities were perfect for our needs. The staff members were very polite, and everything was clean and comfortable. The parking garage is right across the street which was handy. A CVS is right around the corner. We enjoyed our stay.

The location is absolutely breathtaking and it is a safe neighborhood. Is everything that you need on your vacation. I would definitely love to go back there again because it¿s was just so incredibly beautiful and quiet.There shopping centers all around.

The only thing I didn¿t like was the wristband that they want all the guest to wear all the time. I didn¿t like that very much because it made me feel like I was in a club. You can¿t use the elevator without your key so that¿s all the proof you need.

I like the process they did for the pool

The staff was terrible ! I had to call house keeping 5 times to get fresh towels, I told the maid on the the 8 floor and she was on the phone! I put my trash and the dirty towels in the hallway when Man came to get them I told him what I needed

They didn't come in every day and make the bed.

It was pricey, but it was the only room available in the area when I needed the room. If I had needed two rooms and a kitchen, it would have definitely fit the bill.

Location and the room was amazing.

I love everything about this hotel I don¿t just have one thing this hotel is everything & more

Only thing I don¿t like is that you have to wait 7-10 business days for you deposit which is not on the hotel

We loved the hot tub and enjoyed using it both nights of our stay.

The elevator in the garage was not working, which was not the responsibility of the hotel; however, the hotel was unable to solve the problem other than indicate that service was aware.

Location and the fact that there’s apartments available.

Staff. they sit at the front like vultures watching your every move as you come in and out, trying to COERCE you into a tour. They need customer service training and not sales training cus them trying so hard, practically begging and guilt tripping me into a tour was a real turn off. Makes me not want to even consider a tour or buying because of that. The cleaning staff is super nice though

Marketing pressuring to do a 90 minute session. I have a $60 charge on my credit card. I told the person the next day that my husband and I would not be able to participate. I was told a refund would be processed and that has not happened

Room was great and clean. Loved having a full kitchen. Loved short walking distance to the convention center, while being able to pay less than convention center prices.

I had a low tire pressure indications in my rental car. The amenities bay tire inflator was broken. Philip retrieved his own tire inflator and helped me fill my tires. he saved me time and headache. Thanks Philip!

The check-in process slowed us down. We almost missed our 8PM appointment.
