Hampton Inn Baltimore/White Marsh

I have stayed at this hotel several times and it has always been exceptional. The cleanliness, staff, location has been outstanding. This stay has greatly diminished my opinion.

The location

The breakfast wasn?t as well stocked as in the past- they were completely out of creamers 2 of the days we were there. Also, our room key didn?t work 2 of the nights we were there- the desk clerk entered our departure date wrong

Close to shopping

Everything I got bites they had mites in the room holes in blankets filthy dirty chairs . The lobby and the gym is the only thing that looks clean and decent the rooms look like a bad motel

Cleanliness

Lots of trash in the parking areas. Coffee was not hot enough. On Sunday, the coffee was awful!

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very pleasant

I was surprised that the hotel did not have a refrigerator and microwave in the room.

Location. It's close to our daughter's home.

There was some slimy stuff on the floor. There were used tissues at the bottom of the closet. Closet doors did not slide open. Bathroom door did not close. Bedsheets heavily scented--- we couldn't sleep.

Bathroom floor flooded while we were out to dinner. 1/8 inch of water on floor, with no obvious leak source. seemed to be seeping up from underneath. Staff was good about cleaning it up, but thr carpet was wet again in the morning.

Ended up with itchy red marks on my leg and back. Was told after I checked out, the room was tested and nothing found. Went to urgent care and turned out it's Bed Bugs! Won't be going back there again!

Had ro change rooms due to missing amenities that shoukd have been there. Hotel is old and shows if. Shower was dirty worn grout, carpet was bad. Mattress was terrible.

Cleanliness, freshness, friendly, spacious to really meet customers expectations and needs

Clean, friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast. Double room fit four people.

No refrigerator in the room

I was not offered the room chosen while making the reservation. For a fully paid reservation this is not acceptable, even after providing prior notice that I will be checking in late. Travelling with family and children this wasn?t a pleasant experience.

Location and price of room

The website continues to claim the parking is FREE, which is totally wrong and NOT TRUE. This time I was charged $18 for half a night of parking as I checked in after 1:00 am as my flight landed very late Theres no refrigerator and microwave

It's conveniently located

They now charge for parking which they don't mention anywhere before booking. No fridge in the room. Ice machines always broken. One elevator is always down. Beds very hard, pillows very worn out. Rooms showing a lot of signs of wear and tear

The location.

Thw Front desk Attendant when I arrived was very rude. She was yelling on the phone on a personal conversation while checking me in. I will not return to this facility.

I was traveling with my two young children, so having a separate bedroom and living room gave us the option to put the kids to bed early in a different room while we stayed up to visit with local family in the living room.

There was a yellow stain in the living room that looked like pee. I called for a blanket for the sofa bed, I was told abruptly to come up front to request them and hung up on before I could respond. Bfast stopped half an hour earlier than noted.

I purchased a King room and when I got there the front desk said they gave my room away and did not have anything comparable. I was placed in a double bed room even though I paid for a king room. Terrible service

I was treated like I had been there many times before and what I'm saying is the staff was awesome.

No refrigerator or microwave. But I was told before checking in.

Excellent desk staff. This is the only hotel I've ever stayed at where staff cared enough to keep the coffee in the coffee bar always hot and more impressively the hot-water carafe (for making tea) always hot at all hours of the day.
