I always receive top tier customer service at this location.

There was a lot a loud guests on the floor - loud kids screaming and slamming doors pretty late.

Great bed. Clean room. Quiet even though room looks down on I95.

The lighting in the parking lot was inadequate. It is dangerous for women to be totally in the dark getting out of their car. Additionally, I was not allowed in the whirlpool in the morning. I am in my mid 60's traveling by car for over 3 hours

The staff at breakfast bar , she was persistent in charging us for a breakfast that was suppose to be free of charge

Hot tub wasn?t working for my entire stay. That was the number one reason I booked. No one could tell me what the problem was or when it would be resolved. I was there for 6 days

Everything dirty rooms I got bites they have mites in the room holes in the blankets . Unbelievable the lobby is a setup to make you think it?s nice but it looks like a bad motel in the actual rooms . Don?t do it if I could leave pic of my bites . Run Run

The entire hotel, including our room smelled of Marijuana. We had our small kids staying with us so that was very unfortunate and disappointing.

The entire hallway an rooms smelled like weed, an that was the case with everyone else that stayed in rooms near us, there was no hot water for shower, pool was so small hardly anyone could fit , it was just a terrible place to stay. There was no breakfas

It was filthy and I was supposed to receive money back, the sink was clogged, it smelled and was very dirty compared to the last visit

The entrance to the lobby and the several seating areas as it was cold and opening the door brought in some string winds but you could move away and still enjoy the view and your coffee. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was great!

Very loud guests (from the wedding down stairs) that walked the halls shouting. Room was very dated and could use a serious re-do.

Overpriced given age and proximity to I-95 road noise.

Great location, quality property. Bar in lobby so you can have a nightcap and "take the elevator home."

We originally booked Sat night only for an event nearby and had to book Friday as well for another. There was confusion and it is not easy to add a night to an existing reservation. Hotel was great.

Room didn¿t smell fresh. Too many human hair on floor in the bathroom and sitting area.

I didn¿t like that it was pet friendly because I could hear a barking dog next door which was very annoying as I am a light sleeper. So I had to plug my ears with toilet paper to get some sleepyheads

The spa was closed that was the main reason why I choose this hotel was for the hot tub and indoor pool so I was a little disappointed that it was closed

The pool was very disappointing. It was not open the first 2 days dirty on day 3 we tried to use it the water was freezing and very cloudy. Hot tub water was brown and not usable. Could not get clean towels for a shower told there were none.

The sheets had grown stains on them , and were crinkled . Shower curtain was torn , pillows were so old that the full gathered up in one corner , bath tub had mold
