I love the fact that it's close to the Mall , casino and restaurants. And Baltimore is about a 10-15 min drive.

It's far from David's Tour's Crab fest. It used to be down the street. It's about a 30 min drive now so if you are coming to Baltimore for David's Tours crab fest keep in mind the drive is about 30 or more minutes.

The best thing about the hotel was the Hotel Employee at the Front Desk. She was always very professional, greeted everyone with a smile, and very helpful with suggestions for restaurants and shopping.

I arrived early and they told me it would take 1 hour to have the room ready, so we went for lunch and when we returned, they said it would take half hour more. Why have a pool that is not open on weekdays until 4:00 pm? We had a blood stain on carpet.

The room was freaking awesome kids loved it. Very nice && clean & spacious! The pool was nice & the Breakfast was good ! All set up so nice ! Plenty of options too!

Toilet was clogged when we arrived. I booked 2 nights. 3 maids came second day, I wasn’t booked according to reception. I rebooked the room. Hilton is charging me for canceling the room too late! I didn’t cancel that date (25 of Aug). I can’t get a decent answer from the ai info naturally. Now I have to argue about this or be charged for canceling when I didn’t cancel, and was staying there already! Duh!

It had exactly what I needed for a kids birthday party. It was clean and easy to get extra towels when I needed.

I was provided incorrect information when I called in advanced. The pool was extremely cold

Overall, I would recommend the hotel.

While they provided wall mounted shower gel, there was no shelf in the shower for your own soap, razor, etc..Initially there was a mix up when checking in and we were placed in a filthy uncleaned room. It was quickly resolved but a slight nuisance.

Goodness was the name of the associate that helped me he was great. He quickly resolved my issues at 3am in the morning.

When I had an issue with my key the morning front desk associate wasn't really giving off good energy. She seemed to have an attitude. I can elaborate but I will not . I have stayed at plenty Hiltons and Goodness represents the standard. Lastly breakfast potatoes were overcooked.

The room was absolutely perfect . I loved that it had a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom was so spacious. Love the sofa bed also. Love them having breakfast available

Loved everything !

Everything! The staff was excellent upon arrival, and the facility and our room were spotless, airy, and smelled good. The breakfast was good (I love the omelets). The hotel was near shopping, restaurants, and activities. We can't wait to go back. Definitely our go to when in the MD area.

Room was cold, renovations going on in early am banging and drilling over my head entire stay and kids were playing in the halls.

The hotel is currently under construction, it’s not displayed in the site but it would have been nice to know we’d be woken up at 8 am on a weekend. Rooms were spacious but the beds had peeling walls and headboards

I like how clean and inviting the property is when you walk in.

I booked a room online two months prior to my trip, only to arrive and they no longer could accommodate me because they overbooked. I waited for what felt like a long time to speak with a manger. Once I did she was apologetic and arranged for me to stay in a nearby hotel which they covered. While that was nice it was very disappointing and inconvenient to have to take my things back to my car and check in to a different hotel down the road. What I don’t understand is that if I booked the hotel room two months in advance why was my room given to someone else. This as well as not being able to receive a key card at my last stay because their machines were not working and having to have a hotel employee take me up to my room each time I needed to go back inside, is making me question my future trips and choice of hotel to stay.

Room was a little smaller then shown on booking.com paid for upgrade but it wasn’t much of a difference

The beds were comfortable.

The receptionist didn't know how to charge the booking payment so we spent on the line with boking more than an hour before we could check in. It was already more then 11pm with a small child. Very unprofessional staff.
