The floor on the 4th floor hall is in very poor condition. There are black spots all over the tiles. The paint in our bathroom (407) was peeling from the wall.

The breakfast was slightly above average. The staff clearly worked hard and put in extra effort to elevate the standard free-breakfast fare to something a bit more enjoyable.

The building seemed quite shoddy. I assume this was an older hotel with a very surface-level upfit to justify what should be a lower nightly rate. The air system/interface didn't work, hall carpets smelled, room felt halfway upgraded.

Had a full kitchen

The woman at check in was very dismissive and not being transparent in regard to construction going on while still checking in customers. There was strong scents of paint fumes. The floor which my husband and I wreaked of Marijuana.

Breakfast was ok, selection and verity was horrible but the yogurt bar was good.

Carpets were dirty looked like they've never been vacuumed or washed. The room was very simple but the shower was horrible water temperature was boiling hot or ice cold, very frustrating that you could never have a good shower.

The location was very convenient.

We had a (2) queen suite and one of the beds linen had not been changed. I advised the front desk attendant and she sent up someone that couldn't speak english and gave me linen to change the sheets myself. I shared not my job and he left never returned!

Location was perfect! The staff was kind and helpful. The rooms were cool.

Bathroom is kind of noisy.

The 1 bedroom suite is nice as it is separate from the living room and kitchen areas.

We had to open the window as it smelled of men¿s old fashioned cologne and cigarettes. It gave me a headache.

This hotel was absolutely perfect! I was surprised by the cleanliness and quality of the hotel. The staff,  desk staf, and general manager helped ease a great deal of stress I was going through (family emergency and a long-distance move).

Amazing set up, loved the technology (unfortunatelythe use phone as remote featuredidn't work)....lots of potential had not been for mentioned things below

Not polite staff, room had public hairs in shower and towles The handle of fridge was loose, the Handel on slide door for room was broke on inside, the night light shade was broken, do u want me to keep going?

This hotel has a great location near the mall, the highway and the casino. It also has a convenient shuttle which will take you to the airport, the outlet mall and the casino.

This hotel could use some basic upkeep/maintenance. The lobby is nice, but the hallways to the rooms have badly scuffed walls and doors (black marks everywhere, just need repainting). Also the bathrooms need to be caulked. It is modern but also run down.

It's close to the airport and rental locations.

Initially, I was check into a very dirty room. The bed sheets were dirty, rumpled. There was a rusty crack in the bathroom ceiling. I had to request for a change of room right away. They lied about breakfast available,they only have coffee and protein bar

Upon arriving, half the staff was not wearing masks. The room was horrible. Dirty floor, stained carpet, bedding looked like it had not been changed from previous booking. Will not recommend or ever go back there again. NO breakfast

Pillows were very flat, A/C vent blew directly on the bed and was uncomfortable

Staff very nice and helpful, location, easy to find.

My room key did not work for the first 3 days and I had to be let in and sometimes the door had to be locked by the staff. We checked in on Saturday and it was fixed Tuesday. That being said they were very nice and did offer to move us Monday.

Location was great. Room was clean. Staff was nice.

Beautiful rooms, staff was extremely helpful. The only downside is the front of the property looks more like an office building than a hotel so we had to second guess our arrival. Other than that, wonderful.

Could be better marked and appointed in the front of the building.

Great location, minutes from malll, casino, and grocery stores, free breakfast, great atmosphere.

Breakfast was included and there was a happy hour with inexpensive drinks

Shower control was broken.
