The staff was attentive.

Let customer's know ahead of time that the pool is a saline mix. My skin turned red and blotchy. The water made my hair brittle.and caused breakage. Definitely not good. If I had known I would have worn a swim cap.

Everything about the hotel was excellent! The staff were friendly and helpful. The rolls were spacious and clean.

This is the best hotel.Great location it's located near everthing without all the traffic and noise,received great customer service from William when I checked in, nice studio rooms and you get a fridge and not a dorm room size. Will definitely return

Everything was really nice and comfortable. The staff was helpful. Great amenities, free breakfast, pool,gym, free internet.

Amenities and location

Upon arrival, my dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. It was late and I had not eaten, so the desk provided paper products for my meal and dishwasher pacs to wash the dishes.

The hotel had every accommodation we needed/expected. More importantly, they've clearly gone to great lengths to ensure guests' safety during COVID. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming and we have no adverse experience to report.

The hotel was great. The only thing I noticed worth mentioning is the smoke detector light blinks INCREDIBLY bright :)

Space

The beds are really uncomfortable, squeaky, and hard

Location; I like the fact, even though it's covid right now, they still have breakfast and not that "brown paper bag breakfast". Everything was wrapped but your were able to get orange/apple juice, coffee/tea, bagels and so on.

The room wasn't cleaned 100%; I was finding random candy wrapping, candy, chips and etc. It was minor but I always do come with my own cleaning stuff pre/during and will after covid.

I liked the size of the room. The staff were extremely friendly. They had muffins and bagles for breakfast with little to go bags that the staff had written inspirational quotes on.

Our key card wouldn't work. We had to be let in by the attendant with her master key. The thermostat never worked. We had to rewire the TV to get it to work. There was a used mask and pair of gloves left from a previous guest on the roll out desk.

Clean, quiet, and near good eating locations

It almost felt like an apartment, the rooms were so big! And they included pull out couches which was great for the kids.

There are doors in the room leading to other rooms which stay locked, but the children in the room next to us kept wiggling the door knob. But nothing to do with the hotel, just bad parenting skills.

Very clean

Unprofessional staff. They would not permit us a late check out despite checking in late. They went to refuse us to pay for an extra so I won't have to leave early since my flight was at 5 pm the next day. By 10:30 am they were at my door knocking.

Not one little thing. Wait. I liked their parking lot. And the lobby. That's as far as I got.

I disliked their money-grubbing attitude that trumped all concern for what had been a loyal customer. Their absentee manager was inflexible and uncaring, and the person who manned the desk was blessed with exactly two neurons and one synapse.

The mattresses were horrible. My poor back. You get better mattresses in prison!!!!
