They gave me a hearing and impaired room and the guest above me was really noisy

The tv in the sitting area was not working and I made a request to have it repaired and no one ever came to repair it ???

The hotel advertised free parking and it was not. I had to pay $10 for each car

Yes my room the mattress was bad the spring was poking me they didn't have another room to move us . I was promised some points never received them.

Hotel was clean and staff was very nice. AC didn¿t work the best. Had to chsngr rooms because the ac didn¿t work at all in one room.

No heat in room it was very cold in the hotel was chilly other than that it was nice wasn't able to sleep and got sick when I came home from it

Staff at the front desk is definitely an asset to the hotel as she is pleasant and professional. She was at the front desk for our check in and check out. Frances even called up to our room to check on us after we checked in.

The first night someone upstairs was stomping really loud at 3am in the morning. I understand sometimes people don¿t realize how loud it sounds through the floor.

Only ice machine...I need ask someone at front desk to get ice, cause they don't have ice machine at every floor level.

Numerous things were wrong. Filthy oven, broken icemaker, loose fixtures. One towel set per bathroom. Kitchen was not adequately stocked with cooking utensils or cookware. Food selections were not good.

Location was great for where we needed to commute. The mall is across the street.

The beds are hard. The hotel appears to be outdated. It needs some upgrades. They only provided one towel per room in the suite we had to call for additional towels and wash clothes. The rooms were small.

Close to the airport.

Not customer friendly at all. I didn’t feel welcomed at all, i felt like a burden each time I asked a question, including when I initially walked in to check in. I waited twenty minutes at the desk before someone came to check myself and my family out.

The rooms are nice and clean and up to date the staff is awesome great customer service

The price is ridiculous almost ---- for a week stay.

The hotel was very nice but I was employed with Marriott for 8 years so I knew what to expect in the rooms but they are a little different from the ones here in Richmond

the bathroom was not cleaned properly it was a mess on the floor and toilet needed to be wiped down

The hotel was awesome. The price we paid was fantastic and we got more than we expected. We would stay there again.

1 staff member had attitude the entire time we were there. And unfortunately she worked during the day. The night clerk made up for the others attitude, the night clerk was fantastic and had a great attitude the entire time.
