    Pros +

    • The location
    • Room was comfortable. My husband needs down-free bedding, and staff switched out down pillows for polyester.
    • Rooms are beautiful, clean, and spacious. Staff is always pleasant.

    Cons -

    • Had to request everything. We stayed two nights and I had no lotion in the bathroom ,no restock on coffee, my remote had to be replaced, this took two request to get replaced. I felt the help was very nervous when I approached them. I paid for a suite
    • The AC was not working and the room was hot and humid. The hotel staff couldn't find a technician to fix the issue.
    • Breakfast is expensive. If you just want 2 scrambled eggs and a slice of toast, or in my case, a muffin and piece of fruit, it's either $17 or $19 depending on whether you take buffet or order off menu. We went down the road to a convenience mart.

The room was on the bay and very large.

Room had old cigarette smell and had to sleep with balcony door open.Breakfast buffet, no different than every other 2-3 star chain American hotel, was $17! Please. All I ever get is a banana/piece of toast. Bad when free. Not going to pay!!

Gorgeous, spacious rooms with quick access to nearby restaurants on the water

    9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 8-11-2023

Balcony with every room. Comfortable beds & pillows. Walking distance to many restaurants. Blackout curtains actually work. Very pleasant front desk staff.

Pool was closed for maintenance all day with no advance notice. Didn¿t find out until we checked in. Not sure if this was just a one time thing.

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 7-19-2023

The cleanliness of this hotel and the location were amazing. The front desk staff were helpful as well.

The shower could have been bigger.

The hotel was beautiful, very clean , great location , great view, walk to restaurants,

Sad that we were under the impression breakfast was included, so we were surprised that we had to order and pay. The other disappointment was the pool was closed. If it they advertise a pool and it is not open there should be a financial compensation

Location and some staff employees were really good people like  at the Front desk along with the bartender/mechanism man and the restaurant staff all good.

There was a leak underneath the air condition unit inside my room that soak the carpet

    6Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 12-18-2022

The room was large and the view of the bay was spectacular. The staff was friendly and professional and the snack bar was available 24 hours. Breakfast was available for purchase at reasonable hours. The location is near several nice restaurants.

No sound proofing between my room and the room next door. I could hear the occupants of the room next door as if they were in my room. The neighbors were not excessively loud, there simply seemed to be NO soundproofing. I was kept up until 2 AM!

the view and balcony. Beautiful sunrise! We also enjoyed the close proximity to 2 waterfront restaurants

We encountered an unpleasant check-in staff, our room was not ready by the 3pm check-in and lacked many things of normal hotel, and our most anticipated amenity (the hot tub after a long day of running a 10K race) was out of order.

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 11-9-2022

Beautiful setting with great water views. Balcony was a nice touch.

Would have been better if they had an included breakfast option.

    2Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 10-25-2022

Friendly staff and proximity to freeway and surrounding fun.

The shower was cover in black mold. Ridiculous. And for the 300 bucks a night it was unacceptable.

    10LisaPosted on: 9-25-2022

The hotel was clean and well cared for by the staff. We checked in and out on the app, but staff was still friendly and greeted us as we went to our room. The room was amazing and the view was beautiful from our balcony.

I didn¿t like that the room service was not advertising and did not have a menu available.

    1LindseyPosted on: 9-8-2022

The best part about the hotel was the restaurant nearby, Bridges.

The manager was awful with me and the next day with another two guests. She even told the woman in the couple to use her inside voice, even though she wasn't yelling -- she was just upset. I had the single worst experience at this hotel than ever before.

Easy access to great eateries. We love the water and this location is perfect for those that like to look out and see water. The staff was very friendly.

My complaints are in regards to the smell upon entering our room¿It smelled like a stinky locker room or wet dog. I went and purchased air fresheners to use for the 3 evenings we were booked for. We were also not told the pool would be closed.

    8ShonteePosted on: 8-10-2022

I loved the location. It was also very easily accessible.

There were knats all in the shower. There was a swarm of them like an army of ants. Staff came right and sprayed as soon as I called though. Pool was also out of service.
