Location
The customer service was horrible. We were told that they do not provide complimentary water then another customer came in having a different ethnicity and was greeted with complimentary water. The room was not clean.
The location, cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff .
Everything was nice but the breakfast eggs was very dry. The chef needs to make it fluffy and tastier by putting cheese in it or just simply scrambling with less heat.
The view.
The dinner menu - I just didn¿t feel like going out to get dinner / so we tried the dinner - limited menu - my husband ordered the hamburger & it was 2 Pattie¿s & it wasn¿t very hood. Also, no table on balcony to put cup or glass. Very inconvenien
