No refrigerator or microwave in room. No fan in the bathroom

Staff & location. The staff opened breakfast hours before they usually do to accommodate the guests attending the Ironman race in Cambridge.

The room did not have a refrigerator or places to hang clothes. These are basic items I did not think to look whether the room came with them.

Staff were amazing and so helpful, with driving directions for the rest of our trip,late check-in, and helping us to eat breakfast in our room. Room was very attractive and the beds were luxuriously appointed and comfortable

My friends could not stop raving about how good the breakfast was. I've stayed in Hampton Inns before and it's one of the reasons I keep choosing this chain.

The view, but that's not something easily changed...lol

Very clean! Staff was great. Plenty of amenities and good quality toiletries. Everything was top notch!! We will definitely stay again when in the area.

Did not realize that, due to Covid, hotel had done away with breakfast buffet; only had several items from which to pick (more like McDonald's). Hopefully, next time I return, hotel will re-establish the buffet (late Aug?)

Water in the shower drained slow had a puddle to shower in... room is extremely outdated compared to most Hampton inns

No fridge in room, hot water dispenser (for tea) in breakfast area had obviously been used for coffee as well. My tea tasted like a hybrid coffee/tea - not good.

Hotel employee  was outstanding at the desk! She is a true asset. The fitness area was a plus. As were the cookies and breakfast items

I always wish the food on the breakfast buffet would be real. The convenience of it being heat and serve is great, but the quality of eggs for example could greatly be improved.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. It was clean and close to where I needed to stay.

Good breakfast options. Shower was nice, but was not handicap accessible and had no shower chair or bench. Comfortable bed with outlets close by.

The ice bucket and cups were in the bathroom! I was looking for it and it was the LAST place I would have expected it to be. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. Cable tv went in and out. It would be nice to have access to streaming services without having to put in your own account information. It was rather far from the elevator to be a handicap accessible room.

I canceled my stay at another property, booked at the Hampton Inn; the employee that checked me in was able to navigate and overcome a potential issue, book me my reserved room, only a $10 incidental surcharge, and I had a great room in under 5 minutes tops. Hotel was quiet, room was almost adjacent to the elevator, perfect for my business trip.
