Hotel canceled my stay the day of my 2 day stay because they were shut down because of bed bugs. They claim they will not bill my credit card. Hopefully they are telling the truth.

They canceled my stay Late in the day, Before my two day stay, because they were shut down because they had bed bugs and I could not find another place to stay that night Because everything within 40 miles was sold out.

Keys didnt work, they didnt know what rooms were what. Bugs in roo.

Dirty, rude, unsafe from a woman's perspective, and the worst part was all the damn cock roaches.

Location and price. We appreciated getting to check in an hour early.

Needs to be cleaned up along walkways- accumulated smoker?s discarded cigarette butts and other litter. Room was fine , just a bit of ink stain on the sheets, and bath fixtures are old/ stiff. Shower curtain was too long. We did not eat the breakfast.

I liked the location. It was right in the path that I had to travel anyway.

Yes. Several things. First, my room had actual bed bugs in there and the toilet did not flush properly. Also, originally, I tried to extend my stay 1 day. I couldn't even get a response from the hotel as to whether they would allow me to extend my stay.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. First coming in parking lot i thought it was abandoned. Upon entering the room, it smell like cigarettes and trash. There were dead stink bugs on the floor and live stink bugs inside the room on the window. Do not stay

ALMOST FELL IN THE SHOWER AS THERE WERE NO NON SKID STRIPS AND WHEN I TOLD THE IDIOT AT THE OFFICE, HE JUST SAID DON'T USE THE SHOWER. ROOM SERVICE NEVER CAME AROUND, TV ONLY HAD 3 CHANNELS AS MGR DIDN'T PAY THE CABLE BILL. NO TISSUES IN ROOM EITHER.

Leaving it a day early.

Where do I begin? No TV, no internet. Neither was resolved after inquiring. The room was "non-smoking" but smelled like smoke. We checked out a day early to avoid staying there for another night.

The cleanliness of this hotel was horrible with bed sheet having stains and with garbage around the lobby it was not welcoming.

No tv in the room and the too smelled like mildew the floor was wet

Very dirty, {coffee pot full of human hair}, very noisy till 1:30 in the morning, water would not shut off in the shower ran the whole time I was there. And the room smelled like smoke badly.

When I checked in the staff member was very nice and courteous.

The room smelled like smoke. Dead crickets 1 behind the door in the bathroom the other infront the AC unit. The iron holder was hanging off the wall. The light over the sink broken. I felt uncomfortable & unsafe. I booked another hotel for me and my son.

It was filthy I actually took pictures of all of the items that were filthy. Coffee pot was dirty. No cream or sugar in room for coffee. Tub was filthy Sign in tub said to put rubber mat down before turning water on. There was no mat. Much more to say

Dirty & old shower curtain. Rat near trash can as you walk up stairs. Staff laughed when it was reported. Front desk personnel was often seated away from front desk and on cell phone. Had to call out for attention so he'd come to the front desk.

Easy check in and out

Pool was closed and it was hot...dirty damaged walls paint peeling...looked like it has not be taken care of in years....carpet felt wet and everything was just gross.... stayed only because I was tired and already paid

The roaches on my bed, pool was not open, breakfast was a joke, grounds very dirty.

The bed was comfortable but the bedcover looked old and the sink looks like they don?t ever clean it much

The place and the room I was in was all run down looking and the shower wall was all gross n mold growing in the cracks I felt creeped out all night I was there
