Couldn't say I never got a chance to stay in the room because the email confirmation never came through and I had no way of proving I purchased a room

As I stated above I was not able to stay in the room because I never received the confirmation email confirming the purchase, I checked spam folders and made sure I did used the correct email address, spam fold was empty and email was correct.

Front desk was friendly and allowed us to check in early without a problem especially after we'd gotten of the road a little hot and weary

Nothing. My room was disgusting. This place needs to be totally renovated. The tub was cracked to the point a hole was developing. The doors were peeling in the bathroom. The paint on the walls was different in the main area from the sink area /the tub

Everything there is not enough space to list the issues. I felt very unsafe and put the chair in front of the door after locking and bolting the lock in place

The staff was very nice and friendly and the hotel was neat and clean

The television in my room did NOT work at all

Convenient location

Breezeway not clean or well lit.

It was convenient and less expensive than others.

Rooms had a smell, not necessarily bad but more like they really need to be aired out. Housekeeping was knocking on the door early in the morning, wish they waited until I checked out.

Very clean property

DEsk clerk had to answer phone, causing interruptions to check in. Bare tile floors and no carpet on guest rooms.

The hotel was easy to locate along a major highway. The room was very neat and comfortable with enough amenities provided. We arrived very late but the desk clerk was expecting us and was very helpful in getting us our assigned room.

not enough lighting in room. only one hangar. remote was missing; didn't have right cable channels.

Rooms run down. Carpet odor, holes in wall from objects removed, joint compound filling some holes not painter, bathroom door shredded/splintered causing safety issue, no hangers for clothes, toilet water level too high. Bed was clean,towels changed daily

Good breakfast selections. Liked the free WI. Hotel location was good.

No elevator!! Have problem with stairs, it would have impacted my choice of this hotel or at least asked for a first floor, if it was noted that there was no elevator. Did ask for change to 1st floor, but was told no open rooms.

The staff was great and the bed was okay.

No towel rack, just patched holes on the wall. Toilet paper holder was ripped off the wall and laying on the floor with multiple holes on the wall where it came off previously. No clothes rack just patched holes on the wall where it was.

It was the cheapest room available in the area.

Old, uncomfortable mattresses, spiders, inadequate breakfast, unprofessional management.

one of locks was broken. (door jam lock missing several screws). several spots on wall were calked but not yet painted. For breakfast the sausage was gone by 7:45. Room had no space for hanging clothes.

Location was what I needed

A musty smell in room, dead fly on floor. Got a handicap bathroom, it was awkward. Dingy,old. Bed was uncomfortable, mattress not solid or supportive. I was very nervous sleeping in that bed, I think I saw a little bed bug, did not sleep well at all.

the room is very outdated and dirty. Spider dead in the bathroom corner. Room smells smoking and old.

Staff allowed us to check in early, upon arrival. The location was great.

The room smelled horrible, musty, bad odor, moldy! The supposedly white sheets were dingy, gray! At checkout I informed the clerk and she didn¿t offer anything, no discount, no refund¿. NOTHING

Ok room for price paid.

Greasy floor. Tub drain blocked. Bed needs to be replaced. Non-smoking room smelled of smoke.

The first room had a wet carpet, a bad smell, the a/c unit was falling off the wall, the towel rack and toilet paper holder were missing.

Convenient location. The beds were comfy.

No internet the entire stay of 4 days. The room smelled musty. The heat was a little wonky. Otherwise, things were fine. The management said they had just taken over and are trying to upgrade the place. Also, it's more a motel than a hotel.
