The location is perfect for our traveling needs.

There were a few inconveniences checking in/out due to the renovations being made. Our room didn?t have a toilet paper holder. The tv remote was super sad as well. We had to use my laptop to watch tv when we were in the room.

Location

Dirty bathroom, crumbs of dirt on kitchen counter, rotten food left in microwave. Dip in mattress, worn out. No coffee or ice bucket, AC blowing on bed. No closet pole in closet.

No hot water from the bathroom sink and no lamp or telephone near the bed.

The location was perfect and theres literally everything you could need on a trip within a 5 min drive of the hotel.

The shower drain wasnt great. The breakfast was just snacks, not real breakfast foods. The key cards needing to be reset more than once in the same hour on Sunday was extremely frustrating.

The staff were very nice and upbeat. That is honestly the only positive.

The room was rundown. It did smell like fresh paint, which was a good thing vs. the varying smells elsewhere. The walls are paper thin. The bathroom was badly stained, had a constantly dripping faucet, and no fan. The cost was HIGH for such a rundown plc

Yes, the elevator broke down and we had to take the stairs, I have bad legs and was in pain. We had to asked to pots & pans there wasn¿t in the room nor were it told to us that the pots & pans wasn¿t in the room. The air condition only stayed on auto

The room size and location

No dishes in room microwave. Did not work. Leftover food in fridge ..carpet dirty

The staff was helpful!! Manager and assistant manager of the property , was outstanding, joyful and just a pleasure to talk to !

Location was ideal for what i was using it for.

The room was very dirty! Windows and door handles were all sticky. Body oil smears on all surfaces. The bathroom tub was covered in mildew. All the cabinets in the room were peeling and noticable water damage. 3 of the 5 lamps in the room did not work.

We appreciated the staff's friendly demeanor, although they weren't able to address any of our concerns regarding the room we were given.

The entire 3rd floor and our (non smoking) room wreaked of cigarettes. Our room's AC was broken, so it was miserably hot and the overpowering smell of cigarette smoke made us so nauseous we had difficulty sleeping.

Room was large, clean, especially liked not having a cigarette smell. Was pleasantly surprised to find an ice maker in the fridge.

No. Everything was great.

The best about this hotel was the staff who treated me extremely well. Also the room was great, had everything I needed. Also the breakfast was delicious.

The room was excellent, the only thing was that the shower did not close completely, but I did let know the person working at the time what was happening so they could fix it.

The hotel was dated and needed repairs. Not a deal breaker but finding hairs everywhere was, in the bed, tub and on toilet. Super gross. Not to mention someone above us was up stomping around all hours off the night. Wish we would picked a different hotel

Room Service decided to skip over my room and didn't empty the ¿¿¿ trash. Nether did they change out the used washcloths & towels (even with me not being in the room or anywhere in or on sight) during the time of day that they were supposed to. ¿¿¿¿¿¿¿
