I enjoyed the service from the staff.

It's unfortunate that the restaurant wasn't open. I also felt the valet pricing was high especially cause the garage is small and I could see from my window my car was still outside. Also, there was a lot of trouble with the wi-fi

I loved this hotel the room was great and I loved sitting on the balcony and it was I definitely a beautiful view. I'm going back in this month again or August.

We had a lovely view over the Annapolis Harbor. And the staff was kind and helpful.

Location, location. Walk to everything, great view of Annapolis Harbor.

Only negative component of the visit, shower stall had product in it from previous occupant.

We loved our stay here. Great location on the water and easy walk downtown. The staff was friendly and helpful - from the front desk to the valets. The customer service was top notch and the recommendations for where to dine were terrific.

there on business with a group- booked independently 1. AC did not work was a steady 76 and balmy 2. Hotel Had Bedbugs (I took pictures of my colleagues bites - happy to share-room 427 was one such room. disappointed is an understatement - 347.421.

Location was great, right on the bay. Room was very clean, bed super comfortable. Staff was friendly.

Our room was by a flat roof where a wedding was being held, no view and a fair amount of noise. Parking was an additional $26 per night. I don't know, but for this amount of money, I expected a little extra.

It’s in a great location. The breakfast at the hotel was very good.

The rooms are not worth the price. You would expect much nicer rooms for the amount. I guess you pay for location. We didn’t pay for view because it was boat show weekend, which we didn’t know about, and all we saw were tents.

The room smelled of bleach and the shower leaked all over the floor. Aside from that the onsite restaurant was great and they have a pool that's great to exhaust your kids at.

The location is in the heart of downtown.

The room was not thoroughly cleaned and there was bits of broken glass on carpet and in the bathroom. Housekeeping was prompt to clean it.

Definitely a 3 star hotel trying to act like a 4 star. Just not there yet. Rude and unrefined staff; atrocious towels; mediocre food offerings; burlap, ill-fitting sheets; questionable workmanship on room cabinetry; etc.

I was attending a graduation at St. John's College, and the location couldn't have been more convenient.

The room was a bit smaller than I had expected, but it was by no means uncomfortable. Still well-appointed nautical-themed decor. The room was always humid, regardless of how high I put the AC. Luckily, humid did not equal musty. There was no odor.

Location, view, and cleanliness were amazing. Made for a very convenient stay.

It's location good for visiting Annapolis-if in transit it is not good because of downtown traffic-there always seems to be major events every weekend in Annapolis

Very expensive-parking $23, taxes and other charges , meals at hotel.

Bathroom amenities were standard. Restaurant in main lobby area was not clean and the bathrooms in the lobby were in bad condition.
